Dorrie has been with RTM for nearly two decades, giving her the unique opportunity of witnessing the growth and evolution of the company over the years. In her current role as HR and Administrative Manager, Dorrie oversees all administrative staff and collaborates throughout the business on strategic recruiting and HR initiatives. She ensures regulatory compliance for the company and manages benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll.
Dorrie has a passion for building strong connections with people and leading by example, which lends a hand in her ability to provide guidance and empower team members to do their best work. When not at the office, you can find Dorrie spending time with family or cheering her son on in a ball game.

Jim has spent 37 years and counting in the AEC industry gaining experience throughout his career as a mechanical engineer, project manager, and vice president before starting his own MEP firm. Jim's savvy business operations and technical expertise were a perfect fit for RTM, which he joined in 2011. Now, Jim holds the position of Principal and leads several offices as a Business Unit Leader. His passion for quality engineering and networking come has evolved into providing mentorship to young designers and engineers and opportunities for knowledge sharing across RTM offices. Described as approachable and reliable, Jim enjoys troubleshooting a difficult project challenge as a collaborative team because "there can be multiple solutions to a problem, and there is always something new to learn from working with others."
When not working, Jim enjoys wilderness adventures, collecting construction antiques, and adding to his classic car collection.

Ramesh founded RTM in 1981 with just a 3-person mechanical engineering team. Over the years, he has watched RTM grow into a national, multi-disciplinary engineering firm while maintaining his passion for the technical side of the business. Throughout his career, Ramesh has enjoyed providing valuable insights and technical guidance on projects, mentoring younger engineers, and passing on his wealth of industry and design knowledge. In his spare time, Ramesh enjoys spending quality time with his family and watching his grandkids grow up.

Rich has spent 35 years in the AEC industry as a civil engineer specializing in land development and entitlement. Described as hardworking and creative, he believes there are plenty of opportunities to apply innovation and creativity to the confines of standard engineering practices. As a Business Unit Leader and Principal at RTM, Rich has the opportunity to instill his own integrity and knowledge into younger engineers and other leaders alike, through mentorship and knowledge sharing. Rich prides himself on being a great listener and strategic thinker, and these qualities come in handy when helping project owners solve complex land development problems or navigate the regulatory process.
When not mentoring engineers, Rich enjoys backpacking and hiking, fly fishing, reading, woodworking and playing his guitar or ukulele.

Rod Finkle's introduction into the AEC industry started as a Design Engineer and Project Manager, and now 40 years later, he is a Principal and Business Unit Leader for RTM's National Business Development team. Rod's passion for this industry centers around the people within it, whether it be fellow business development members, other leaders within the company, or our clients. As a passionate listener and problem solver, he consistently challenges himself with developing methods to make things work better from a team standpoint, and is driven to always be looking for solutions, both internally and for a client's project needs.
One of Rod's favorite things about working at RTM is the ability to work and interact with so many unique and brilliant people across the company and country, but when not working he enjoys upping his game on the golf course.

Scott DiGilio has been in the AEC industry for over 37 years and has developed a growing passion for innovative design strategies in civil engineering. His nearly four decades of experience allows Scott to focus on mentoring younger project teams through design challenges, and problem solving as a collaborative unit. With every project comes its own unique challenges and thinking outside of the box is one of Scott's biggest strengths. As a Business Unit Leader and Principal at RTM, Scott oversees the civil team at our headquarters office, as well as helping to expand our civil services nationwide. He takes great satisfaction from working with the knowledgeable and creative engineers and designers at RTM, and is devoted to learning as much about every aspect of civil engineering as he can.
Scott lives by the motto "work hard, play hard", so when not at work, you can find him spending his free time socializing with family and friends.
Scott has been with RTM for nearly a decade and brings a wealth of knowledge in the accounting and finance world. As Controller, he approaches his role with a sense of integrity and dedication and enjoys being a part of a growing firm with a committed leadership team. His strong organizational skills and reliability, coupled with his leadership-by-example motto helps to keep RTM on track and moving toward our financial goals.
When not in the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and attending his kids' sporting events.
Tim Larson has 33 years of industry experience in designing electrical systems and highly technical power projects. As a Business Unit Leader, he oversees multiple offices with a strategic-thinking and open-minded approach. Favoring interpersonal, one-on-one communication, Tim views his leadership style as more of coaching role, and prides himself on being a coach of the greatest team there is. One of his strongest passions involves innovation and technology within the built world, and he loves having the opportunity to help his team incorporate these into challenging projects. As a former member of the US Army, Tim has brought many of the qualities instilled in him during this time, like self-motivation, discipline, and dedication, to his role as an office leader, professional engineer, and partner to our clients.
As CEO, Tony Mirchandani is responsible for RTM's vision, strategy and operations to provide quality engineering in a customer-focused culture. By leading a collaborative team, he fosters RTM's commitment to continuous quality improvement, best practices initiatives and enhancing the professional development programs. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, business development, financial management, engineering and leadership. With a strong background in both technical and operations environments, he has a unique understanding of project management, quality control and the ability to exceed client expectations.
When not leading RTM to success, Tony enjoys traveling internationally with family.
