Leading the Risk and Strategic Management Corporation Contracts and Finance Department with over 20 years of senior financial management and accounting experience, Alex specializes in business strategy, internal controls, cost reduction plans and business system design and implementations.
Prior to joining Risk and Strategic Management Corporation, he has worked in various industries from high tech manufacturing to public accounting and consulting, for both private and government contractors. An expert in financial management, Alex has been extremely successful in negotiating terms with lenders and various financial channels for managing and building the capital needed for day to day operations and long-term corporate growth.
Mr. Bryan has a Masters' Degree in Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute earned his B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

A former U.S. Marine, Brian has worked in over 30 countries, including high to extreme risk environments. Bringing over 20 years of senior management experience to the field of resilience and security risk management, he supports organizations in protecting people, operations, assets, information and reputation within challenging environments. Designing and implementing resilience and business continuity management programs, he provides guidance at the strategic, operational and tactical levels. Expert in training design and delivery, he provides mentoring and training on leadership and individual knowledge and skills development. Brian supports a wide range of organizations in managing complex and fast-moving crisis situations within a global setting.

Dr. Mike Blyth, DBA has worked and lived in over 45 countries, has a doctorate focused on organizational resilience, is a retired Royal Marine Commandos Major, and has managed largescale, complex, and sensitive projects for multiple government agencies. A highly regarded and published author on business continuity and security risk management with Wily and Sons, he also writes for multiple academic journals and professional magazines. Mike has managed a raft of crisis situations for a wide spectrum of sectors and industries, and blends practitioner and academic knowledge and experience to support organizations address complex risk issues on a global basis. Mike sits alongside executive leadership of major corporations and top tier international NGOs, helping organizations navigate nuanced risk issues, and provides close support at times of crisis. An acknowledged expert in the field of risk, training and business continuity management, Mike is a frequent guest speaker for forums and consortiums and has previously held Vice President positions in two of the world's largest risk consulting and security management companies.

Jose Zamora is the head of game design and development for RSM online training services, bringing significant experience in project management in collaborating with client stakeholders to define training product requirements. He brings a broad skill set of 3D animation, 2D animation, photography, video editing, and graphic design to ensure design and development innovations and visual representation of training. Jose has a Bachelor's of Science degree with a concentration in computer animation, offering enhanced knowledge of animation and creative design.

Paul Harries is a retired London Metropolitan Police Chief Inspector with extensive international experience (including high risk environments such as South Sudan), blending this with a deep understanding of the commercial sector. A business continuity professional with an extensive background in risk management, he brings technical knowledge and experience through training and qualifications in Business Continuity, PRINCE2®, Adult Education, Quality Assessment and Performance and Training Needs Analysis. He was commended for his work on Command and Control for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Simon is a former British Army specialist training officer with extensive experience supporting the humanitarian aid and development sector, commercial organizations and government agencies to develop and implement strategic risk and business continuity management approaches. He manages the end-to-end process for the delivery of RSM's risk services, including the peer review of all reporting, as well as frequently conducting complex field consulting and operational risk management tasks himself. Simon often acts as RSM's ‘sweeper', deploying to provide side-by-side support to clients facing unique challenges globally, from the operational control of sensitive cargo convoys in high threat environments to the coordinated global response to serious infectious disease outbreaks. RSM's training development subject matter expert, and QA lead for all externally-accredited qualifications, Simon directly manages complex training and capacity building projects for major government agencies and multi-lateral institutions such as the World Bank. He is a PRINCE2® and MSP® Practitioner, and ISO 22301 Certified Lead Auditor.
