Adeleye Carew is a counselor in training. She has her Bachelors from the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus in Psychology and will be aiming for licensure in the near future. She is also assisting in the initial intake process at our program. Clients may grow to become well acquainted with her during their attendance.

Claudia is the office manager at our College Park location. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of her days. She brings with her over 9 years of experience in professional office management and a track record of strong performance in high-volume tasks. Claudia is approved by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration to be an Instructor for the 3-Hour Alcohol and Drug Education Course. She is from a small and beautiful town in the South of Perú. Her hobbies include spending time with her pets and taking portrait pictures. She speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
Dr. James M. Ryan has been in the field of Alcohol Education and Treatment for 44 years. He has worked in addiction treatment and hospital settings including inpatient and outpatient programs. He worked with the first director of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) and shoulder to shoulder with professionals with whom he has made so many significant contributions in the area of Addiction. He holds a doctorate from the University of Maryland and has continuously attended multiple seminars throughout The Unites States. His passion for Addiction Treatment is exhibited by his guiding principles :
Ms. Colorado has worked with Ryan Rehabilitation since 2019 as the manager of the Main Office located in Montgomery Village. A Psychologist by profession for more than 5 years in her home country, she has strengthened our team in both the human, and administrative areas. She is a very ethical person who has excellent customer service, has always being very effective in her form of communication both internally and externally, including Probation Officers, Attorneys, etc. Ms. Colorado is an excellent resource, who has always looked for the best interest of our company. Additionally she is fluent in English and Spanish.
Mr. Zamora has worked with Ryan Rehabilitation located at Montgomery Village since early 2021 as a Main Office Assistant. He has been a Sales Professional and Systems Technician for more than 20 years in his native country, he entered to strengthen our team both in the administrative part and in the dynamization of business processes through social media. He is an efficient person who has excellent customer service and work ethic. Mr. Zamora is a remarkable resource who has always sought the best interest of our company.

Mr. Revilla has been working with Ryan Rehabilitation since 2010 in various capacities, including his current position as the office manager of our Kensington Office. He has completed Coursework for Substance Abuse Counseling. He is also approved by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration as an Instructor for 3 Hours Alcohol and Drug Education Program (Safe & Sober Program), as well as an Instructor for the Driver Improvement Program. Mr. Revilla is actively involved in our marketing efforts. He is very resourceful and always willing to help in any situation. He speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Ximena Jimenez joined Ryan Rehabilitation in 2019 as our Office Manager in the Suitland location. She oversees all the administrative functions such as filing documents, calendaring, and interacting with our clients. After earning a degree in Software Engineering from one of the most recognizable universities in Peru, Ximena traveled extensively before moving to Maryland. She is committed to making our clients experience a positive one. She has a proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and extensive experience in Management. She speaks three languages Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
