Based in Rochester, NY, RSD Consulting Services was founded by Richard Datz, who has a wide range of prior experience in the healthcare field. At WebMD, Richard ran their New York based healthcare web-portal which provided attending physicians and academic staff access to clinical systems at hospitals. As a Senior Vice-President at McKesson, he ran business units engaged in pre/post adjudication editing of pharmacy transactions, which pre-funded and reconciled third party pharmacy accounts receivables. And as Vice-President with Rite Aid , Richard was responsible for the sales and operational activities of the chain's retail PBM and for developing prescription benefit plans and PBM programs.....
