Dewald Le Grange, graduated as an Electronic Engineer from the University of Pretoria. His early years were spent as an Instrumentation Engineer, whereafter he advanced to automated process control in the late eighties. Dewald is a 1993 MBA graduate from the University of Conceptualisation Business School who also completed an M-degree in Renewable and Sustainable Energies in 2013. At Sara, Dewald focuses on designing advanced storage solutions between 1 KWh and 10 MWh.

Girish Kumar is Senior Manager of Sara Incorporated based in Delhi (NCR). With 38 years experience in the Power Industry, spanning from manufacturing to Human Resource Training And corporate operations. He applies his rich and varied experience to his role at Sara.
Raghu Iyer has completed his Bachelor of Commerce and FCA. A Chartered Accountant since November 1984, Iyer secured 4th rank in India on his Final CA examination and 3rd rank in India in his Inter CA examination. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Sameer Savara, The Head of Business Development and the Managing Partner of Sara Incorporated. An MBA from Northeastern University, Boston, Sameer founded Sara Incorporated with several years of experience in banking, management consultancy and the Infrastructure Industry. In 2000, Sameer played a significant role in the conceptualisation and formation of Sara Incorporated, having identified the niche for a professionally run business for the supply of equipment and services to the Oil & Gas/Power Sector. He has personally worked on and developed many of the successful partnerships of Sara Incorporated in the last 20 years.
Sunil Rihan is an engineer with over 30 years of experience which includes planning and executing several turnkey projects. From technology assessment to signing international collaboration agreements, obtaining government approvals, implementing technology transfers, selecting plant and machinery specific to new projects and proto-type approvals, he has a wide range of industry-specific skills and expertise.
Nisha Khiani Savara is a Marketing and Business Development Professional with ten years' experience in the Indian market, now developing eco solutions in packaging and recycling. This is a new initiative at Sara.
