Jay is a hardworking, fun loving mom who is committed to keeping strong values in her community of family and friends. Growing up in the bay area at the age of 10 she was introduced to the world of theatre, music and dance. She and her two sisters all have been on the stage in numerous competitions, shows and concerts in Northern/Southern California. She started working in customer service when she was 20 after finishing at Los Positas College. Beginning in the fashion world as a freelance personal stylist she then moved into the hospitality business for Marriott hotels, first in San Ramon then in Pleasanton. She has become quite the people person, friendly, outgoing and helpful to all, she looks for ways to set a good example. Busy with work Jay also finds time to be a full time mom to a very sweet six year old named Izzi. Jay, her boyfriend Scott and Izzi do everything together but enjoy playing with their dog, Tugboat (the lab/shepherd rescue) and doing fun day trips to San Francisco the best. Her family also loves getting together for silly board games but Candyland, Disney's Eye Found It and Disney Apples to Apple are their favorites. Izzi attends an elementary school in San Ramon where she is involved with many fun activities, art shows and carnivals. New to the insurance business Jay is eager to learn new things and hopes to get her license so she can continue helping others in San Ramon.
Jenny is a native to San Ramon. She has had the privilege to go to such great schools, and be a part of such a great community all her life. Jenny's first passion in life is her children. She has the honor of being the mother to 2 amazing girls, and a wife to a very supportive husband. She takes pride in volunteering as an Art Docent for both children's classrooms, and helps kids discover fun ways to learn art and art history. She has a slight obsession with cake, and with her love for art, pushed her into decorating cakes for family and friends. Jenny has been a part of the agency since 2004, as a customer service representative.
Kerree loves being a mother, a wife and a career woman. She grew up in Livermore CA and started with San Ramon Insurance in 2006 as a receptionist. Today she a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent and has a passion for helping people. On the weekends Kerree likes to spend time with her son riding bikes, going to the park and doing art projects. She also likes taking her two adopted four legged children, Tonka and Lyssa, for a walk and exploring the outdoors with her husband. Another passion in Kerree's life is raising money and awareness for two causes that are very close to her heart. "Support Our Troops" because her brother is an active duty solider and Animal Rescue.
Laine is the newest member to our team. She was born and raised in San Ramon and recently graduated from Academy of Art University of San Francisco, with a BFA in Illustration. Her desire to travel and love of exploring new cultures, she is constantly thinking of her next destination. As a previous resident of San Francisco, being fashionable and edgy reflect her outgoing personality. Laine is constantly looking for fun new things to try and eat in the Bay Area. When she is not spending time with family and friends, she can be found working on her artistic endeavors - such as painting, photography, and even murals!
Norma began her career by working for Averi Insurance Agency in Fremont at the age of 16. In 2001, she took over the agency and then joined the family at San Ramon Insurance in 2008. Norma quickly became involved in the community. She has been an Ambassador for the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce since 2009. Being a part of the Chamber has given Norma the opportunity to attend business networking events, new business ribbon cuttings, and welcoming new chamber members. She is an avid fan of fitness and sports, currently playing on the Fremont Soccer Co-Ed League. Norma, along with her big family, loves to travel. One of their favorite places to visit is Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Tracy began her career with San Ramon Insurance in 1991 shortly after having the first of their two daughters; Brittany. She started at the bottom as a receptionist and paper filer. After 13 years Tracy and husband, Steve, moved from Livermore to San Ramon and purchased the agency. Recently the couple became "empty-nesters" as Brittany got married and started her career as a teacher moving to Brentwood, CA and Laine, their youngest, graduated high school and moved to San Francisco to study at the Academy of Art University. When Tracy is not busy running the agency she enjoys spending time with her husband, cat (Luna), and Golden Retriever (Czar), as well as visiting their favorite wineries like Wente, Duckhorn, or Nickel and Nickel in Napa in search of the "perfect" bottle of wine.
