Ben holds a degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Outside the office Ben enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors and coaching youth basketball.

Chris began working in the financial industry in 2012, most recently providing investment and retirement consulting to private clients at Fidelity Investments. He joined Sara-Bay Financial in March of 2019, where he can work more closely at developing long-term relationships with the clients he serves.
Chris graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2009 with a degree in Business Marketing and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He lives in Sarasota with his wife, Ashley, and enjoys many of the year-round outdoor activities that Sarasota has to offer.
Mike Hard has been in the investment business in Sarasota since the 1970's. He spent the first five years with Merrill Lynch as both a securities and commodities broker. After leaving Merrill, he worked for other large firms, including Shearson Lehman and Dean Witter.
In 1987, he joined Kemper Securities and spent the next six years there as co-manager of their Sarasota office. Mike founded Sara-Bay Financial Corp. in 1993, offering a diversity of investment securities and our management program.
June joined Sara-Bay Financial Corp. in May of 2021. For the past 13 years she was employed at Northern Trust working with high-net-worth families executing their investments, trusts and estate planning needs. Prior work experience includes business banking at Fifth Third Bank working with their legal and SBA loan departments. June brings with her extensive work experience and knowledge in many business fields and hails from Buffalo, New York. On her off time she is enjoys working out, football games, walking her dog and spending time with her new grandbaby.
MARY HETTIG - Chief Compliance Officer
Mary joined Sara-Bay Financial Corp. in January of 2019. Mary and Mike Hard met in the 1970s where they were both employed at Merrill Lynch, and over the ensuing years have remained friends. Later she was employed as Vice-president and Office Manager of Baker & Company, a brokerage firm located on Ringling Blvd here in Sarasota.
For several years she was the Operations Manager at the large Raymond James office on Main Street, and more recently she served as Compliance Coordinator for Global Financial. Mary and her husband, Kelly, reside here in Sarasota, and have two very talented grown children. Mary has both extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge of our industry.
