Dr. Livschutz is recognized for his leadership role in promoting safety and quality standards in outpatient setting. Physicians, administrators and members of the State medical and dental regulatory bodies frequently seek his advice. Dr. Livschutz completed his anesthesiology training at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago where he specialized in anesthesia for cardiac and transplant surgery.
