His initial activities in the food industry began in 1972. Tony is a professional member of the NZIFST. He has also studied Commerce and Bus. Administration. Tony has worked across most of Australasia's primary food sectors, with particular emphasis on Aquaculture, both sea and land based. More recently a major thrust has been made into Waste Water Treatment. He is sole shareholder and Governing Director of Scanz Technologies Ltd.
