Vincent J. Scotto, III passed away on May 19, 2020. He was born and raised in San Francisco and attended Riordan High School, USF and Lincoln University Law School. In 1979 he received his JD and joined Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, a firm well known for handling workers' compensation/third party subrogation cases. In late 1989, Vince formed the Law Offices of Vincent J. Scotto, III. With offices in San Mateo and Martinez, it has provided services to thousands of clients. Vince and his team have been successful at resolving catastrophic cases and marshaling workers' compensation private and public benefits to assist families that have been devastated by the effects of a family member's sever workers' compensation injuries.
