Our team of Field based Service/Support Technicians, provides direct and third party support covering the whole of Ireland, with our Service/Support Contracts we offer "onsite" response nationwide. Full service history is available from our Service Management system allowing real time call logging and tracking of service calls. We carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts both in our central Dublin stores and car stock for our Field Technicians. We also hold and maintain a stock of "loan scanners" to alleviate any delay in repairing your scanner hardware onsite...
