In 1960, Orville and his wife, Marilyn, took over the daily operations of the company, renaming it Schroepfer Well Drilling and moving from Beaufort to its current location in Leslie. As the industry changed, so too did Schroepfers, expanding first to offer borehole drilling services, and then entire geothermal systems... For 70 years, Schroepfers has been providing Missouri homes and businesses with high-quality well drilling and pump services...
