Karen is responsible for the research of candidates in both the beverage and food manufacturing divisions, supporting the account executives in the process of finding the most qualified candidates for our clients. Amidst the research process, she submerges herself into the industry in order to learn the competencies of the positions we are looking for and understanding the company's objectives to ultimately connect them with impact players for their team.
She also provides the Sales Consultants of San Antonio team with administrative support to ensure our recruiters can give their full attention and efforts to clients and candidates. Some of the tasks Karen takes on include finding active and passive candidates, reviewing their backgrounds and applications, screening them and analyzing their fit to the positions we have on the table at the time.
In addition, Karen is activating and spreading SCSA's presence online, learning the idiosyncrasies of community management by being an active participant of mainstream social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook.
Karen focused her Business studies in International Management, Communication and French at Portland State University and The University of Texas at San Antonio.
