At Sasqua Associates we believe that good design should be a standard and not an exception, that good design should not be difficult to live with, overly expensive or offensive to others... We believe that it is possible to reform and adapt lesser structures into something that achieves all of the above and that it is possible to work within the confines of an historic structure with out sacrificing quality of life or the fabric of the structure... Project observation for any project for which we are the design firm. This includes verification of contractor compliance and change order generation as the owner's agent among other items.
