Robin has more than 20 years experience managing financial teams and functions. She believes that having the right people in each position is key to the success and efficient operations of a department and company. She is now dedicating her career and efforts in partnering with her clients to find and recruit outstanding leaders and team members.
When she isn't working, Robin and her husband enjoy traveling to warm climates and spending time with their eight grandchildren and three dogs. She is an avid reader and a health enthusiast.
Theresa Smith is a CPA who began her career with Ernst & Young. She also has experience as a Senior Analyst with American Airlines and a Controller for a regional retailer. Theresa has progressed in the staffing industry over the last 15 years gaining great experience as a top Recruiter, Business Development Manager and an office Managing Director for an international staffing organization and as a COO and shareholder for a large regional firm. Through her experiences in the financial and staffing industry, she has been able to take the best practices to Seres Smith Consulting to deliver a unique service offering to the executive and managerial search.
In her time away from the office, Theresa and her husband are busy with their son and daughter's activities. She also enjoys long distance running and is attempting to learn Mandarin this year.
