SEQ Civil Linings Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company which provides waterproofing and gas vapour membranes. We are based on the Gold Coast but operate Australia-wide... The Director of SEQ Civil Linings, Stephen Burgess, was involved in the original importing of Liquid Boot into Australia in 1997 and in 2005 set up SEQ Civil Linings to commence application of cold spray-applied membranes in Queensland. 2016 saw a shift in product focus, when SEQ Civil Linings became the Australasian distributor and principal applicator of Perlastic membrane products.
