Chris Thiagarajah

Chris Thiagarajah is an oculoplastic surgeon and neuro-ophthalmologist who practices in Denver and Southern, Colorado. He is board-certified and a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgeons, American Academy of Ophthalmology, American College of Surgeons and Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Thiagarajah grew up in New Jersey and went to New York University for undergraduate. He then attended medical school and residency at Howard University in Washington D.C. He then completed a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Cincinnati and an ASOPRS approved oculoplastics fellowship in Denver at Park Avenue Oculoplastics with Dr. Jerry Popham and Dr. Robert Kersten. He then practiced in Washington DC at Georgetown University where he was awarded a best teacher award of the Ophthalmology Residents before returning to Denver. Dr. Thiagarajah performs a full spectrum of oculofacial plastic surgeries including facelift, blepharoplasty, neck liposuction. His specialty is treating complications from eyelid and facial surgery because of his unique combination of training along with functional problems of the eyelid, tear duct and eye socket. He has authored several chapters in the American Academy of Ophthalmology textbook of surgery. He has been awarded a Patients Choice Award from 2010 to 2015 and been in U.S News and World Reports as a Best Surgeon.

Dana Reilly Hill

Dr. Hill learned about healthcare and the visual system at a very young age. She grew up working in her mother's ophthalmology practice on both the administrative and the patient care sides. With this comprehensive background, Dr. Hill approaches treatment from all angles. When formulating treatment plans, Dr. Hill discusses available treatment options and considers medical and non-medical variables such as systemic health, finances, and lifestyle. She believes that educating each patient on his or her eye health is a vital part of all eye exams. As a psychology major in college, Dr. Hill enjoyed learning about the brain and nervous system. In optometry school, she completed an advanced studies certificate in neuro-ophthalmic disease. Dr. Hill enjoys managing ocular disease with an emphasis on glaucoma, dry eye disease, and post-operative care. She also likes seeing patients for routine vision exams as well as fitting soft and specialty contact lenses. Outside of the office, Dr. Hill enjoys being in the mountains with her husband and two daughters. Dr. James Burden

Dr. James Burden is originally from Anderson, South Carolina. He completed his undergraduate studies at Erskine College in Due West, SC, and his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC, and his glaucoma fellowship training at the University of Iowa. He served for 23 years in the military including a tour as a Squadron Commander at the United States Air Force Academy. Dr. Burden completed his military service as the Chairman of the Department of Surgery and the Director of the Glaucoma Service at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Burden's goal is to work in partnership with his patients to achieve and maintain their best vision. He specializes in medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma, cataract surgery and comprehensive ophthalmology. He enjoys establishing long-term relationships with his patients and offering them a wide range of treatment options tailored to their specific needs and desires. In addition to medical control of glaucoma, he offers his patients laser surgical options to decrease eye pressure as well as surgical options including trabeculectomy, tube drainage device placement and microincision glaucoma surgical procedures. Dr. Burden is married and has two children. His wife is from Germany and is a realtor in Colorado Springs. His son is an archaeologist with the National Forest Service and his daughter attends CU Boulder, majoring in psychology. Dr. Burden has lived or worked in five states and five countries and he is happy to call Colorado Springs his home where he and his family can enjoy outdoor activities including cycling, hiking and skiing.

Dr. Matthew Chang

Dr. Matthew Chang is originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. He completed his undergraduate degree at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He went on to become one of the first physicians to complete a dual degree in medicine and business administration, focusing on health economics, at the prestigious Medical Scholars Program at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Dr. Chang completed his ophthalmology residency at the Kresge Eye Institute in Michigan where he was elected chief resident in his final year by his peers. Dr. Chang continued his education at the University of Arizona. He completed his fellowship training in cornea, refractive surgery and external disease. He has conducted numerous research studies in refractive surgery, cataract surgery and glaucoma. Dr. Chang and his family joined the practice in 2005. Dr. Chang is one of the most proficient and prolific surgeons in Colorado. He performs a wide array of anterior segment procedures including topical, stitchless cataract surgery utilizing the most advanced intraocular lens implants using accommodative and multi-focal technology, corneal transplants, laser refractive surgery and glaucoma laser surgery. Dr. Philip Hwang

Erica Tebon

Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, Dr. Tebon now happily calls Colorado home. She joined the Skyline Vision Clinic family in 2023. She received her Bachelor's degree in Biology and minor in Spanish from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and completed a residency at Sierra Vista Veterans Affair Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. As an Optometrist, Dr. Tebon's specialties include post-operative management, ocular disease, dry eye treatment, geriatrics, primary care and contact lens fittings. Forming life-long relationships with her patients is what makes her career choice so fulfilling for her. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association. Dr. Tebon is married to her husband, Craig. Outside of the office, Dr. Tebon enjoys hiking with her husband and their Bernedoodle named Zoey, skiing, trying new foods and traveling.

Jason Noble

Dr. Noble is an ambitious ophthalmologist who has a special interest in premium cataract surgery, refractive surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He received his bachelor's degree in Biology from Arizona State University and his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. He went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, where he also served in the Department of Ophthalmic and Visual Sciences. He is excited to be in Colorado and to take full advantage of all our great state has to offer. Dr. Noble enjoys skiing, traveling, cooking, collecting vinyl records, sports, and impressionist art.
