SJB MASONRY - Key Persons
Anna is tasked with creating competitive bids for clients and upon award of a proposal, she also takes charge of the project - the schedule, budget, material procurement and communication with clients, vendors, and other contractors.
Anna graduated from Dunwoody College of Technology with a Construction Project Management degree in May of 2021 and joined the SJB team right after. She loves construction and really enjoys getting out in the field and seeing it all come together.
In her spare time Anna enjoys staying active, running in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. She also likes to be with her family and friends and loves to travel and meet new people.
Jeb is responsible for researching the cost of materials, labor, supplies, and equipment required for projects and detailed proposals. Once the contract has been awarded, he knows the importance of communicating those details and collaborating with project managers. He really enjoys creating, and strengthening, relationships with customers and suppliers.
Jeb grew up in the upper peninsula of Michigan. He worked in masonry in the Twin Cities from 1999 to 2010. Jeb then worked for Canadian Pacific as a conductor and locomotive engineer from 2010 to 2019. Then, joined SJB Masonry in August of 2019.
Outside of work, Jeb spends time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and pickleball.
Justin is responsible for the management and execution of projects. He works closely with superintendents and project managers, and he handles communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Justin makes it a personal goal to exceed expectations on every project and takes pride in building trusting and positive relationships with owners/clients, subs, and suppliers.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with family as well as the outdoors hunting and fishing.

Marty oversees not only the direction of the business from sales and marketing efforts, but also internally overseeing all business processes for continuous improvement.
Marty has been with SJB since 2019, with over 30 years in the printing industry, Marty brings a depth of business knowledge and experience having worked for companies small and large.
Marty enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel and outdoor activities.

Michelle Graduated in 2022 with an associate degree in business marketing and management, and a certificate in human resource management. After having interned in a human resource department for a local company, she found she enjoyed working with a team that feels like a family while creating the best experience possible for the employees. She joined us in May of 2022. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Mike's ultimate focus is to drive the organization's Vision and Strategy. Mike joined SJB Masonry in 2020 after spending the past 10 years in precast manufacturing where he developed a passion for Continuous Improvement and LEAN operations. In 2016 Mike received his B.S. in Business Management where he formalized his previous experience as a business owner.
Aside from spending quality time with family, Mike enjoys hiking, traveling, and outdoor activities.
As the founder of SJB in 2007, Steve started working SJB Masonry full time in 2011. Currently Steve works with the management team to help drive the company vision and core values. Steve started in the masonry construction with his father in 1999 as a labor and moved up the ladder to mason and on to a foreman. In starting the business Steve worked in all aspects of the business from job to the office and has enjoyed the journey all the way.
Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends doing outdoor activities.
