Silly Cactus first opened it's doors in 1980 as a t-shirt shop catering mostly to tourists and weekenders, providing them with riverwear and clothing for the casual and relaxing atmosphere that was Bullhead City in the early 80's. The store also provided local businesses with shirts for their employees, but for the most of the early years, Silly Cactus was a great place for visitors to get a souvenir shirt...
