Brad W. Greenberg

Brad W. Greenberg, Esq.- Brad Greenberg is a graduate of New England School of Law and has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1988. He was employed by high profile litigation law firms in Boston until 1992 when he became a founder of Cashman, Greenberg & Knight. Thereafter, he became the owner of Greenberg & Associates, P.C., a Boston litigation law firm practicing both civil and criminal litigation. In 2002, he merged his law firm with the Law Offices of Lisa Smyth, and they established Smyth Law Offices, P.C. Brad Greenberg also represents countless injured persons in their quest to seek compensation for the havoc such injuries have wrought upon their lives, their families and their finances. He represents people injured in simple motor vehicle crashes and in complex medical malpractice actions culminating in lengthy trials. Mr. Greenberg recovered settlements and verdicts totalling many millions of dollars. Lisa Smyth

A graduate of Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a graduate of Boston College Law School. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1988, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States District Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Early in her career, she served with Federal Judge Magistrate Joyce London Alexander in the United States District Court. By 1990, she established a small law firm focusing almost exclusively on domestic relations law. Ms. Smyth represents men and women, in all aspects of domestic relations cases, including divorces, paternity actions, child custody and support actions, removal cases (where one parent desires to move with their child(ren) out of state), guardianship cases, care and custody actions involving the Department of Children and Families, same sex marriages, and cases involving grandparents rights. Lisa Smyth, Esq. is also a qualified Guardian Ad Litem and she is frequently appointed by the Court to investigate and to make recommendations in cases involving child custody. Lisa Smyth, Esq. is also a trained and certified Conciliator and she is frequently appointed by the Court to conciliate domestic relations matters, and endeavors to assist parties with resolution of their cases, without further litigation. Marissa Ventetuolo

Marissa Ventetuolo is an associate attorney at Smyth Law Offices, P.C. She practices domestic relations law, personal injury, and criminal law. Ms. Ventetuolo earned her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Providence College. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Madeline Quirk of the Rhode Island District Court, and as a Student Attorney at the Criminal Division of the Rhode Island Department of Attorney General. She also served as a law clerk for several firms, including Motley Rice, LLC and Kirshenbaum Law Associates. Ms. Ventetuolo has a wide range of experience, including domestic relations law and mediation, personal injury, criminal law, products liability, and legal compliance. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Nico's Tree, a non-profit organization that works to help patients and families dealing with pediatric illnesses.
