The Council's primary focus is in the areas of quality assurance, provider compliance, investigative services and residential administration of waivers and supported living. We are located at 167 W. Main St., in Chillicothe, Ohio... We continue to embrace the Board's vision and bring the needs and concerns of rural, southern Ohio to statewide stakeholders in an effort to provide individualized, personal supports to families, people with developmental disabilities, providers, and County Board staff.
