Smart Work Ethics is a comprehensive curriculum focusing on workforce employability skills, many times referred to as soft skills or essential skills. From making a good first impression to knowing what interpersonal skills are required, Smart Work Ethics participants become aware of what employers look for, look at, and measure when they hire and promote employees. The program is designed to not just deliver information, but to change behavior through informational presentations, group discussions, and experiential activities.
