SMART WORK ETHICS

Smart Work Ethics is a comprehensive curriculum focusing on workforce employability skills, many times referred to as soft skills or essential skills. From making a good first impression to knowing what interpersonal skills are required, Smart Work Ethics participants become aware of what employers look for, look at, and measure when they hire and promote employees. The program is designed to not just deliver information, but to change behavior through informational presentations, group discussions, and experiential activities. The curriculum focuses on communication skills and strategies, attitude, work ethic, image and appearance, interpersonal skills, teamwork, cognitive skills, taking initiative, time management, accountability, and conflict resolution... SmartWorkEthics.com is a consortium of three successful facilitators who together have created a dynamic program for professionalism in the area of workforce development, referred to as Work Ethics, sometimes called "soft skills.
