Christa Terrasas was born and raised in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Christa has served in several customer service roles over the years as well as worked in the real estate industry since 2004. She oversees the day-to-day management of our client's properties. She has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting software as well as excellent communication skills. Since joining Capstone Realty Professionals, she has become an active member of Capstone Contributes which involves giving back to the community.
When Christa isn't working, she enjoys watching movies, music and spending time with her family and dogs. Christa's determination, expertise and drive to excellence coupled with passion for providing the best services make her a great addition to Capstone Realty.

Ed is the Principal and Designated Broker of Capstone Realty Professionals and has been an active real estate agent and investor in the Phoenix metro area since 2005. Having assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in the Phoenix market since 2007, and ranking in the top 1% of Realtors by volume in the Phoenix metro in more than a half dozen years since 2015, Ed brings experience and a passion for real estate that his clients depend on. Starting his career in corporate sales right out of college and buying his first investment property in 2006, Ed picked up the habits and traits that would help his future self form the foundation of Capstone. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and authentic desire to help others keep him motivated and inspired to bring REAL ideas to his business and partners. Ed leads by example while helping clients navigate through the many opportunities the Phoenix real estate market presents, both for primary home buyers, sellers, and investor clients. His personal experience as a real estate investor, small business owner, and mentor helps him expertly understand the needs and goals of his clients and helps keep Capstone at the forefront of shifts and changes in the market.
Originally from California, Ed has made Phoenix home since graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999 and lives in Scottsdale with his beautiful wife and two amazing children. When not helping others achieve their real estate goals, Ed enjoys being an active member of his community by donating his time to multiple non-profit organizations and loves to take advantage of the beautiful Arizona weather by spending time exploring the back ways of remote parts of Arizona or traveling to exotic locales to SCUBA dive.
Ed Drummond could have been a brand of one. The founder of Capstone Realty Professionals, his positive, powerful enthusiasm, knowledge and dedication would have gotten him far.

Ethan Meyer spent his youth in Boulder, Colorado and started his customer service career in the finance industry as a registered stock broker. After making a move to Scottsdale, Arizona, in the early 2000's, he changed careers to use his expert customer service skills in property management as a Maintenance Coordinator. He has been serving owners and tenants in this role for ten years and with Capstone Realty Professionals since early 2021. He enjoys communicating with both owners and tenants to solve issues with properties and does this with purpose and drive. In his spare time he enjoys reading and attending art shows in and around the Phoenix metro area.

Evan moved to Phoenix in 2006 after graduating from the University of Missouri and began her real estate career teaming up with Ed Drummond in 2008. Evan currently acts as the Associate Broker at Capstone Realty Professionals and heads the Property Management Division. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband Bryan, two kids, Mac & Mimi and their chihuahua Preston.

Julie is an Arizona native and has been working in the real estate industry since 2000. Her experience includes accounting, property management, customer service, and investment portfolio management. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking road trips, and exploring. Her passion to achieve both her professional and personal goals, along with her willingness to go the extra mile, makes her a great asset to our business.

LaDonna is a transplant to the Valley of the Sun from Detroit, MI trading the Great Lakes for perpetual blue skies and mountains. As the Director of First Impressions, she employs the many years of customer care and property management experience to bear for Capstone with enthusiasm and a commitment to serve.
In her spare time, she continues her quest to find the best rice & beans in the Valley, crochets, sews and hits the road to explore the beautiful hidden gems that Arizona has to offer.

Stephanie Bennett is an Arizona native. She has been in property management for 5+ years. Stephanie joined the Capstone Team in September 2022 bringing her excellent customer service skills and knowledge of property management. Stephanie is a wife and a mother to 3 children and has 2 dogs. In Stephanie's free time she enjoys being outdoors, camping being her favorite.
Yaz started her career in property management in the Tennessee retail and commercial market in 2016, she quickly began onboarding and managing portfolios across several states. She transitioned into the residential market in April of 2022 bringing her diversified experience to the Capstone Realty Professionals team.
