Amber joined the Southern Rehab Case Management in July 2022. She joins the team with over 17 years of nursing experience and 4 years of hospice case management expertise. Prior to coming onboard with the company, Amber worked as the Director of Clinical Services for a hospice company while maintaining a caseload of patients. Her strengths include assessing patients' needs, patient advocacy, building strong client relationships, and establishing new business.
Annamarie has been with the Southern Rehab Case Management team since July 2015.
She joined the team with 28 years of workers compensation, clinical nursing leadership and field case management experience. Annamarie maintains case management experience in the following areas: catastrophic nursing, burns, and paraplegic/quadriplegic.
Beth joined the Southern Rehabilitation Network Team in 2019.
She has 30+ years of nursing experience and over 15 years of case management and worker's compensation experience. Beth has expertise in catastrophic, TBI, orthopedic, and occupational health nursing.
Brandi joined Southern Rehabilitation Network in November 2023. She has over 18 years of nursing experience with 12 years in the home health field.
She has expertise in employee health, home health leadership, wound care, infusion services, chronic disease management, and field case management.
Cathy joined the Southern Rehab Case Management team in January 2023. She joins the team with over 14 years of nursing experience and 7 years of home health and telephonic case management expertise.
Cindy joined Southern Rehab Network in November 2019. She joins the case management team with over 20 years of nursing experience and 10 years of workers' compensation experience.
She maintains expertise in neurosurgery; neck, back, and spinal injuries; and pain management.

Cyndi has been with Southern Rehab since 1991.
She has previous billing experience in a hospital/medical setting. She maintains attendance at area workshops regarding computer and billing technology to enhance her expertise.
Dawn joined Southern Rehab in November, 2014.
With a Master's degree in business administration, Dawn understands the needs of insurance adjusters. She also brings expertise in cardiac, neurological and medical/surgical rehabilitation, having served as an RN.
Denise has been with Southern Rehab since July 2015.
She has expertise in orthopaedics and neurology, as well as public health nursing.
Janet has been with Southern Rehab since 2012.
She has expertise in orthopaedic injuries and repetitive motion disorders, as well as hospice case management.
Jennifer has been with Southern Rehab since October 2021. She joins the Southern Rehab Case Management team with over 20 years of nursing expertise. Jennifer worked for a large health care system for several years serving patients within the family medicine discipline.
Joy joined Southern Rehabilitation Network in March of 2018 as Human Resource Specialist and was promoted to Human Resource Manager. In 2021, she was promoted to Vice President and Director of Human Resources & Payroll. She brings over 25 years of comprehensive human resource experience to the organization from both the healthcare and workforce sectors.
Over the course of her career, Joy has refined her human resource knowledge and skills by working in the roles of HR Generalist and Supervisor for teaching hospitals from central Florida to Washington, DC. Joy supervised teams of healthcare recruiters and coordinators for a major Florida healthcare system and has also served as manager for a publicly funded program assisting veterans, unemployed, and welfare recipients with return to work.
Joy's passion is people, which makes her a perfect fit for her responsibilities at Southern as Director of Human Resources & Payroll.

Julie has been with Southern Rehab since 2016.
She has expertise in complex and chronic case management, disease management as well as short- and long-term disability.
Karen joined Southern Rehab Network in October 2019. She joins the case management team with over 30 years of nursing experience.
She has expertise in home health and hospice care. Karen is certified in wound care.
Kari has been with Southern Rehab since January 2020. She joins the case management team with 20+ years of nursing experience.
Kari has expertise in orthopedics, medical/surgical, pulmonary and neurology.
Kathy has been with Southern Rehab since 2015. Kathy has over 25 years of experience in Case Management, including home care, hospital discharge planning, utilization review, consulting and workers' compensation. Prior to case management, Kathy worked in a hospital setting in the Med Surg, Emergency Room and subacute unit.
Kayce joined Southern Rehab Network in August 2019.
Kelly has been with Southern Rehab since 2016.
A former clinical services liaison, Kelly has expertise in assessing patient care needs and coordinating appropriate health services.
Kelly has been with Southern Rehab since February 2021. She joins the case management team with over 20 years of hospital and home health case management experience. Kelly maintains expertise in the following nursing areas: ICU/CCU, MedSurg, pulmonary, and rehabilitation.
Kim has been with Southern Rehab since April 2022. She has 10 years clinical nursing and management experience. Her home health and Medicare case management experience afforded her the opportunity to supervise staff and clinical operations, assess patients' needs, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Lee has been with Southern Rehab since November 2005.
Lee understand the needs of insurance adjusters having served as both a rehabilitation nurse and account representative for more than 10 years. She has expertise in orthopaedics, mental health and traumatic brain injury.
Leslie joins the Southern Rehab Case Management team with over 10 years of nursing expertise. Prior to coming onboard with the company, Leslie served Veteran patients on the Endoscopy Unit. Leslie has expertise in dialysis, pulmonary, ER, ICU and endoscopy.
Linda has been with Southern Rehab since 2009.
She specializes in catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries and orthopaedics.
Lisa has been with Southern Rehab since February 1999.
She has expertise in catastrophic nursing, head injuries, paraplegia, quadriplegia and multiple trauma.
Lynn has been with Southern Rehab since June 2015.
She has expertise in orthopaedics, med/surg and ICU.
Lynn has been with Southern Rehab since May 2022. She brings over 25 years of clinical nursing experience, 14 years of workers' compensation experience, and 14 years of medical case management expertise to the team. Lynn skillfully builds and maintains lasting relationships with adjusters, IWs and providers.
Marie has been with Southern Rehab since 2009.
She has expertise in medical/surgical, catastrophic, and orthopedic nursing.
Mary has been with Southern Rehab since 2007.
She has 30+ years of experience in the rehab field, having worked as a certified vocational case manager and as a case manager in a rehab hospital. She has done private counseling and worked with the mentally ill.

Nancy has been with the Southern Rehab Case Management team since August 2021. She joins with over 30 years of nursing experience and 15 years of hospice and palliative care case management expertise.
Patricia has been with the Southern Rehab Case Management team since June 2022.
She joins the team with over 24 years of clinical nursing experience and 10 years of home health case management expertise. Prior to coming onboard with the company, Patricia worked as a nursing supervisor and as a school nurse. Areas of clinical focus include Med/Surg, telemetry, and acute care, diabetic instruction, and physical therapy. Patricia has experience in serving pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Patty joined Southern's case management team in April 2022. She brings nearly 20 years of medical case management and workers' compensation experience. Nursing areas of expertise include telemetry, ICU, post-op, MedSurg and environmental exposures.
Robin joined the Southern Rehab Network team in September 2020.
She joins the case management team with 20+ years of nursing experience. Robin's nursing areas of specialty include orthopedics, renal, and cardiac. Prior to coming onboard with Southern Rehab, Robin worked in the workers' compensation medical case management field for 8 years.
Shirley has been with Southern Rehab since August 2018.
Shirley has 25 years of professional nursing experience as a staff nurse, nurse educator, and senior nurse consultant. Her case management and workers compensation experience include conducting telephonic assessments of injured workers. She has expertise in med/surg, PACU, emergency medicine, home health, and early intervention nursing.
Stephen joined Southern Rehabilitation Network in December of 2018 as Vice President and was promoted to President in 2020. He brings over 30 years of health care operations and business development experience to the organization.
During his career, he has provided respiratory care services for patients in the hospital and home setting.
He has worked in hospital system business development, marketing, and sales; negotiated medical practice acquisitions, and developed, marketed, and managed hospital-based occupational medicine programs; marketed and managed a regional medical case management and vocational rehabilitation firm, serving workers' compensation carriers and self-insureds.
As President, Stephen is responsible for the strategic growth and profitability of Southern Rehabilitation Network and maintaining its founders' goal of getting people back to a productive life and carrying out Southern's mission of serving as the premier provider of vocational and medical restoration throughout the company's ever-expanding service area.

For over 15 years Steve has provided a variety of managed care services in the Workers' Compensation and Healthcare industry from sales to account management that includes diagnostic, durable medical equipment, pharmacy benefit management, spine/orthopedic programs, and working directly in clinical settings with dialysis patients.
Steve offers an additional level of support and experience to provide better solutions and outcomes to our workers' compensation payors. With the ever-evolving regulations and rising costs, it has never been more important to have the right management solutions in place that help our clients make the best decisions for the entire claim and most importantly for your injured worker.
As lead Account Representative, Steve will be strategic in the development of new sales opportunities for Southern Rehab Network by marketing and working directly with self-insured employers, TPAs, carriers, municipalities, local and regional government agencies, as well as connecting with strategic partners to meet revenue goals to ensure long term success of Southern Rehab Network's valued clients.
Susan has been with the Southern Rehab Case Management team August 2021. She brings over 30 years of nursing experience and 21 years of workers' compensation experience to the team. Susan began her nursing career as an Occupational Health Nurse.
Her strengths as a Medical Case Manager are building strong relationships with patients and adjusters and communicating effectively to achieve the best outcomes. Susan maintains clinical knowledge in the following nursing areas and WC cases: CAT, multiple injuries, TBI, ortho, neurology, burns, and amputees.
Tamiko has been with Southern Rehabilitation Network since March 2019.
She possesses 19+ years of nursing experience, to include patient care and nursing education. Tamiko has demonstrated excellence in patient care in the following settings: mental health, long term care, employee health, Veteran's Administration, outpatient clinics and hospitals.
Tammie has been with the Southern Rehab Case Management team since February 2013. She joins the team with over 20 years of clinical nursing and management experience. Tammie sustains proficiency in the following nursing areas: orthopedics, spine, eye injuries and catastrophic injuries; including traumatic brain injuries.
Teresa started with Southern Rehab in 2018 and has been a Registered Nurse since 1997.
Her experience includes all aspects of Medical Surgical nursing, Hemodialysis nursing, Management and Efficient Utilization of supplies and DME.
Tina joined Southern Rehab Network in December 2019. She has over 20 years of nursing and workers' compensation experience.
Vickie has been with Southern Rehab since 2002.
She has experience in vocational counseling / assessment, as well as job analyses / placement / coaching. She has worked LTD files, and is a licensed counselor. She has some experience with mental health and mild TBI, along with 9 years of previous employment in the rehabilitation field.
