Soya & Pomodoro is a two Italians' dream that became true; they arrived in U.S.A. years ago, more precisely to Miami in the search of their true passion calling for the culinary industry... Never giving up, Rosario started as waiter then, later became General Manger of the Bianca restaurant at Delano Hotel, one of the most famous in town. Cristian grew up in the kitchen and carried forward the mediterranean tradition in a land miles away from the smells and flavors which he never forgot.
