Md. Mostafizur Rahman ( Sazzad ), did his Masters of Finance & Banking from the National University of Bangladesh and now, he is studying in Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). Before joining S. S. Steel Limited he has served Innovo Design & Construction Limited's Finance & Accounts Department for one year. He started his career in S. S. Steel Limited as Executive Accounts & Finance in the year 2013, and started working as Company Secretary from 2017. In this long tenure he has gathered diversified experience in the sector of Financial Reporting, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Finance, Banking & Commercial, Import, Business Development, Marketing and Secretarial Services (Related with Capital Market). He has practical experience in working with Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) & Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) for company Paid-up Capital Rasing, Initial Public Offer (IPO) & Right Issue. Also, RJSC related work. Currently, He also holds the position of Company Secretary & Head of Banking.
Javed Opgenhaffen, a shareholder and Director, graduated in management from Queen Mary, University of London, and in Employment relations from London School of Economics and Political Science. He holds the post of Chairman and acts to enhance the sales & profitability of the Company. In addition, his vision and forward thinking will certainly contribute to rapid growth and expansion. He is also a Managing Director of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited, Saleh Steel Industries Limited and Director of A.J. Corporation Limited. Prior to joining Generation Next Fashions Limited, Mr. Opgenhaffen worked as a Management Trainee at Deutsche Bank GMBH, London. He has dual citizenship in Bangladesh and Belgium.
Md. Abu Zafer, son of Late Md. Abdul Aziz appointed as Independent Director in the Board meeting held on 28 October 2019. He is a member of Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Honorable Society of Gray's Inn. London. But he is also the Independent Director of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited.
Sadad Rahman, an Independent Director, has completed MBA, from City College University of London, UK. After he completed his academic career, he started services in different types of sectors. Also, he received various types of training from different institutions. Not only he is the Independent Director of S. S. Steel Limited but he is also the Managing Director of Rangpur Distilleries & Chemicals Limited & Independent Director of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited and Director of Saleh Steel Industries Limited.
Sayeed Rezaraj Ahmmad, a Director (Representing NJ Holdings Ltd.) has completed M.Com from Rajshahi University. He was born in Rajshahi District. After completing his academic career, he started business in different sectors. He received training on "Efficient Business Operation Management", "Supply Chain Management" and also completed ICMAB (Intermediate). Then he was nominated as director of S. S. Steel Limited in 2016 representing NJ Holdings Ltd. but he is also the Director of Saleh Steel Industries Limited & Independent Director of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited.
Mrs. Hasna Opgen Haffen, daughter of Mr. Herman Opgen Haffen appointed as Managing Director in the Board meeting held on 28 October 2019. Also, she as the Managing Director of Saleh Steel Industries Limited and Chairman of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited. She is Commerce Graduate having more than 20 (twenty) years of experience in different fields of business.
