SSG was established in August 1991 as a cooperative of families who had a vision of their children living independently in their communities... The cooperative was organized to serve and advocate for persons with disabilities, and to provide the supports necessary for them to live independently in the community, while maintaining personal choice and control... SSG provides person centered supports, necessary for the members to live independently in the community, while maintaining personal choice and control.
