SPRINGTHROUGH - Key Persons
Anton is a software/web developer with more than 5 years of experience. He primarily works with .NET technologies as a full-stack web developer, with additional experience developing database integration software. Anton earned his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University, majoring in Computer Science and with a minor in Math.
Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Ashley is a full force Michigander and will forever call the Mitten State home. Her love for art influenced her to study marketing at Calvin College, where she graduated with a degree in Organizational Communications. Since graduation, Ashley explored many job opportunities from working as a bank teller to marketing for eye doctors before joining the Springthrough team. Ashley spends her summers camping with friends, family, and most importantly, her husky. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and relaxing at the beach especially in Northern Michigan. Ashley loves to travel and has been to six countries within Europe, Asia, and Central America. She has an addiction to country music and attends concerts very often. Ashley also has a strange obsession with the color pink.
Austin is a young and talented developer who has been working in technology for five years. He is a full-stack developer specializing in custom solutions using .NET and AngularJS and has developed and architected several enterprise website projects and applications for large corporations in Michigan. Austin graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Austin is a Star Wars fan and enjoys playing video games after work. He spends a lot of his free time developing tools and applications around various games. He ran the 25k Riverbank Run multiple times.
Brian joined our team in the spring of 2021 and is a valuable addition to our Managed Services Team. He spent 12 and a half years in the Army and three years in the technology industry. Brian graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronics and a degree in Computer Networking Systems. He is unique to the Springthrough team because of his professional certification in CompTIA Security +.
Brian has worked in the technology industry for twenty years, providing customized infrastructure solutions for companies of all sizes, from small businesses of 5 employees to enterprise of more than 500 employees. He specializes in server, storage, networking, and integration. Brian is Microsoft, VMware and HPE certified. He studied Computer Information Science at Ferris State University.
Carlynn spent the last 10 years of her career working as a property management accountant. She joined Springthrough in early 2020 looking for a change and new experiences. Carlynn continues to contribute her experience in accounting at Springthrough while gaining experience in human resources management. Carlynn is learning Spanish during her free time and loves fishing.
Eric has extensive experience in the technology industry. He may be young, but he already has almost two decades of experience working in technology. He has been with Springthrough for 15 years. With his extensive experience, Eric architects innovative and practical solutions resulting in measurable ROI. Eric is great at organizing complex projects, defining priorities, quoting time, delegating tasks, and delivering. He brings enthusiasm and encourages team collaboration. Eric is particularly interested in emerging technology. He has a BS in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, and Mathematics from Central Michigan University. He is educated in the study of algorithms, design, and usability issues through cognitive processes with a background in philosophy, psychology, and computer science.
Gary is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of technology and management experience. His extensive experience and knowledge in the industry allows Gary to have a very thorough and strategic perspective when working with clients, providing carefully planned guidance. Gary has an executive MBA from the University of Michigan and majored in Computer Science at University of Colorado at Boulder. Gary has been with Springthrough for four years as the Chief Operating Officer.
Helen graduated from The Broad College of Business at Michigan State University in 2016 with a degree in Marketing. With experience working for companies from start-up to Fortune 500, Helen brings practical experience in analytics, planning, account management, project execution, social media marketing, and sales to the Springthrough Team. Helen is a positive, energetic, and a passionate people-person with an intrinsic drive to help businesses succeed. She combines her technical expertise and interpersonal skills to meet the needs of Springthrough's partners and clients.
Josh graduated from Davenport University with a degree in Computer Network management. He has spent most of his career working in the technology industry, with experience as a Tier 1 Helpdesk, troubleshooting networking equipment or user-facing issues, Cisco Meraki, Unifi, and AzureAD. Josh is also a Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA). He is optimistic, motivated, fun, and a valuable part of the Springthrough team.
Keegan is a Michigan Technological University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He has professional experience interning for Kreeight Solutions and Dealership Advantage as a full stack web developer. With his development experience, upbeat personality, and professional certifications in Microsoft and Sitefinity; Keegan is an asset to the Springthrough team and our clients.
Kevin collaborates with clients, designers, and others on the dev team to envision and build web solutions that solve our clients' technology problems and make their jobs easier. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has helped create and support solutions that have become vital in the day-to-day operations of his clients in many industries. A detail-oriented perfectionist, Kevin is driven to do whatever it takes to secure the best possible outcome for his clients. During his tenure at Springthrough, he's worked with lots of different types of technology, like accounting software, reporting tools, integration tools, CRM suites, and content management systems. Kevin has a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Business from Grand Valley State University.
Kyle is a talented developer that has worked in the technology industry for 5+ years. He graduated from Ferris State University and is a well-rounded developer because of his experience in positions ranging from UX/UI Designer to Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, and Team Lead. In his free time, Kyle likes to play Disc Golf and contribute to open-source software.

Lucas is a Web Programmer with a demonstrated history of working in various technology settings; from a freelancer, to working as an in-house developer for a healthcare system, and to an agency setting like Springthrough. He is extensive experience in working with organizations to help them identify the missing elements to achieve their objective and then architect the perfect solutions to exceed their expectations. Lucas has a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Business and a Graduate Certification in Data Analytics both from Grand Valley State University. Lucas' life ambition is to take over the world with a fleet of Roombas, or at least the carpeted areas.

Mackenzie has worked in the technology industry for many years, starting her career at Best Buy in customer service and as a Supervisor for the Geek Squad. Her interpersonal skills and understanding of IT products make her a valuable part of the Springthrough Team. In her free time, Mackenzie loves to play D&D, cook with her partner, and go to live shows.

Mark is an IT generalist with over two decades of experience including software development, networking, business applications, and IT management. He serves as a trusted business partner driving business value by setting and executing IT initiatives that support overall business objectives. He builds strong working relationships across all levels to effectively understand business needs and provide technology recommendations that align with business and IT objectives, scale for future growth, and maximize value across the organization. Strengths include the ability to understand, analyze, and synthesize complex business and technology issues. At Springthrough, Mark manages the development team and provides vCIO services to clients.
Matt joined Springthrough in November 2019. He is a full-stack application developer of fifteen years of experience with extensive knowledge in the SQL database, Microsoft ASP.NET, AngularJS, Vue, and a wide variety of business applications. Matt specializes in SPA development, custom reporting with SSRS, Crystal reports custom ETL data transformation and APIs. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an associate degree in Science and Arts from Grand Valley State University. He is a former U.S. Army Active Duty Veteran specializing in Telecommunication and SATCOM equipment and software, Supported OEF VII Afghanistan, and NATO ISAF forces.
Mike is an entrepreneur and the founder of Springthrough. He is a management consultant with a business mindset and technical capabilities. Mike attended Grand Valley State University on a full-ride scholarship and studied Computer Science. He worked in a consulting firm for several years in Chicago upon graduation from Grand Valley State University. A Michigander at heart, Mike moved back to Grand Rapids and started Springthrough in 2000. Mike engages deeply with the local business community and enables businesses to align technology with their business goals. He understands the ever-changing dynamic of business and technology. With his experience in business and technology, Mike works closely with Michigan businesses to alleviate their business challenges with innovative technology.
Nick has always had a passion for computers and helping people solve problems. He loves being able to use his software development skills to solve complex technical problems and help Springthrough clients realize their goals. He loves all of the different technologies he gets to use every day. Whether it's solving an elaborate coding issue with C# on the .NET Framework or making the elements on a web page line up just right so that the content is delivered in the most effective light, using SCSS, jQuery, Angular and a plethora of other front end frameworks, he loves leveraging as many of the different technologies out there as he possibly can. With a strong platform like Sitefinity at the root of most of his web projects, Nick gets the scaffolding to build fun and innovative tools and tailor each client's experience to make the platform their own. Nick graduated from Grand Valley State University of a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Nick has been working in Springthrough for five years shortly after he graduated from Grand Valley.

Patrick is an information technology generalist with more than twenty years of experience. With his extensive knowledge in the industry, Patrick deeply understands the challenges and pain points that businesses share. He leverages technology solutions to enables organizations to improve efficiencies and create standardized processes and procedures. Patrick helps organizations create a cohesive IT environment by evaluating and auditing network and system performance. He optimizes the return on technology investment on both software and hardware for businesses.

Ryan is an experienced software engineer in the software industry. Almost eight years ago, he started his career as a backend developer, specializing in Entity Framework, C#, and SQL for a SaaS product. He is now a full-stack developer leveraging MVC and Angular JS balancing work among multiple projects simultaneously. Ryan graduated from fro Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science degree focused on Computer Science Ryan lived in Phoenix, Arizona before starting his role at Springthrough. Ryan enjoys doing outdoor activities and playing games if he is not working.
Zach is a valuable part of the Springthrough Team. He has extensive experience in the Technology Industry and has worked with a wide range of businesses. Zach has experience with virtualization, routing and switching, disaster recovery, and project management. He graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Computer Networks and Systems.
