Charles Freeman, CFA, EA conducts investment research for Sound View Financial Advisors. Charles' expertise not only brings a high level of knowledge and perspective to portfolios but also allows for custom solutions for clients. Charles obtained his bachelor's degree in business administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, while being a student athlete on the fencing team. Charles began his investment career in 1998 while in New York City. Originally from Kernersville, NC, Charles found his way to NYC on a fencing scholarship to the New York Athletic Club. In New York, a fellow fencer introduced Charles to a small investment stock trading firm. At this job, Charles knew immediately that he had a passion for investing. Since then, Charles has worked at several other investment companies along the East Coast before starting his own in 2017. When is away from his monitors, he enjoys playing tennis, chess, guitar and snowboarding.

Gina graduated with honors from Tufts University and holds a Master's Degree from Harvard's Graduate School of Education. She worked in Planned Giving at Harvard University and enjoyed helping donors establish life income gifts. With a desire to help families maximize their overall financial well-being, she made a career shift to financial planning in 2007 and joined Calibre. Gina completed a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and became a Certified Financial Planner® in 2011. She enjoys working as a fee-only advisor at Sound View because she has the opportunity to offer objective planning advice to a wide range of clients. Gina lives in Westwood with her husband and two sons.

Misty Lynch, CFP® is the Owner and CEO of Sound View Financial Advisors, LLC. She is passionate in her commitment to help her clients handle their finances and lives with confidence. A fee-only fiduciary and independent financial advisor, Misty does not receive commission and is legally required by her certifications to provide unbiased and reputable financial advice. Misty hosts the unscripted reality show HEARTBROKE and the Demystifying Money podcast. She is also the author of DEMYSTIFYING MONEY and a personal finance expert and resource for media outlets including The New York Times, Cosmopolitan, CNBC, CNN, Investopedia, Real Simple, Student Loan Hero and many others. Investopedia named her one of the Top 100 Financial Advisors in 2021 and US News and World Report called her one of the 9 Women in Finance to Follow "because sometimes you need life advice, not just financial advice." When she isn't working you can find her reading mysteries, skiing the East Coast or coaching her kids basketball and field hockey teams. Misty lives with her husband and children in Walpole, MA.
