He works with clients to design, develop and use Geographic Information Systems to support the development, operations and maintenance of business and government infrastructure. Bill has completed over 120 consulting assignments that have implemented more than $27 million in GIS systems which describe the location, status and operations of over $7 billion in infrastructure and natural resources assets.

Over the past 25 years he has completed assignments for a variety of technology providers, industrial facilities, electrical and gas utilities, and government agencies. Dave provides specialized consulting services in systems analysis and design and helps clients design, implement and manage process control and information systems.
