Elena Candeloro, CHRL, possesses more than 30 years of operational and human resources experience in the hospitality and property management industries. She has been a Certified Human Resources Leader since 2014 and an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association since 2011. Elena is a people-focused, results-oriented senior HR professional with demonstrated successes in building human resource infrastructure and implementing strategic human resource initiatives in rapidly growing organizations.
Elena joined Sterling Karamar Property Management in 2019 with a focus on delivering senior level oversight to the Human Resource and Payroll teams during the development and implementation of new organizational policies & procedures and talent management strategies across the organization.

Ian Phillips has been with Sterling Karamar Property Management since early 2017 and brings over 20 years of project management experience to the company in both the commercial and multi-residential capacities. In addition to Ian's years of experience in the property management industry, it was his Architectural Technology and Building Science education that laid the foundation for his successful career. He achieved his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2016.
In the capacity of Capital Projects Manager, Ian's knowledge and strong industry contacts, combined with his proactive attitude have been a vital asset to the company.

Jack Beaton studied at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and went on to work with the Nova Scotia Housing Authority. In 1989, Jack relocated to Toronto to continue his career and has gained over 30 years of industry experience. Today, he is responsible for the leadership of Sterling Karamar Property Management's Residential Portfolio of over 9,000 units. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations, Jack is responsible for the business development and strategic planning for the Division.
Jack is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA).

Jolen Davis has been with Sterling Karamar Property Management since November 2013. During this time, Jolen has gained extensive knowledge of the property management industry which is paramount in her marketing strategy and support to the operational teams. Her attention to detail, highly organized nature and commitment to excellence have contributed to Sterling Karamar's success.
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, Jolen is responsible in maintaining and executing all marketing related tasks ranging from online marketing campaigns, SEM, and analyzing the independent needs of each portfolio. Her creativity and results-driven nature have been critical in her leadership role.

Kyrsten Lingenfelter has been a part of the Sterling Karamar Property Management team since 2008, after her graduation from Canadore College. Kyrsten's many years of experience in the residential field have given her exposure to all aspects of the business, and her extensive foundation and thorough understanding of residential property administration has provided Sterling Karamar with significant value.
As a Senior Manager of Residential Property Administration, Kyrsten is responsible for overseeing all residential lease administration, payment and rent administration, customer service relations, and providing guidance and direction to her team on a day-to-day basis.

Mark Jules graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in 1994. Mark's extensive background includes over twenty six years in the Property Management field, in which he has earned his R.C.M. designation. In 2003, Mark joined SKPM and is now responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Commercial and Condominium Divisions. His strong leadership, communication skills and professionalism have made him an integral part of the SKPM team. Mark is a working manager and holds a portfolio of Commercial properties, while providing strong mentorship to his team.

Marshall Bleiweis graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Economics and went on to study at the University of Windsor where he received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. Marshall has been involved in the property management and real estate industry for over 40 years. He began his career by specializing in real estate accounting at one of the country's top accounting firms. In 1989 he founded Karamar Management Corporation, and subsequently joined forces with Sterling Silver Developments, forming Sterling Karamar Property Management.

Sebastian Russo is responsible for the leadership of Sterling Karamar Property Management's Commercial and Condominium Portfolios and has over 30 years' experience in the industry. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations, Sebastian is responsible for the business development and strategic planning for the Division.
Sebastian brings a very high level of expertise and professionalism to the organization. He is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association and of the Canadian Condominium Institute. Sebastian has obtained both his RPA (Real Property Administrator) and his FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) designations from BOMI.
