Born and raised in Fairfield County, Amy earned her Associates Degree in Business at Ohio University and a local business college. Her career experience has been strongly influenced by her late father and husband's entrepreneurial spirit. Amy has 10+ years of experience within the Construction & Industrial Coatings Industries, as well as assisting her husband, Rob, with aspects of financial services. Amy resides in Lancaster with her husband of 25+ years and their 2 children. She enjoys photography, adventurous travels, serving within her church, and reading.

Barry Richey

Barry is a veteran in the financial arena. During a career that has spanned over 44 years, he has served as a NAIFA Ohio chapter president, a Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow as well as an Investment Advisor Representative. He holds the designation of a Certified Estate Specialist as well as the LUTCF and a Certified Annuity Specialist. He has been a guest speaker for groups as small and intimate as a local AARP and as big as multibillion-dollar corporations. He has spoken at a variety of colleges, institutes and universities, and he has traveled this land from one side to the other, sharing vital knowledge and information needed by so many. He has been serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of WIN Financial Group, Inc. since 1987, with operations originally in Ohio and now in North Texas. On the personal front, Barry has been married for over 49 years to his high school sweetheart, Donna, and has three lovely children as well as nine grandchildren. He is active in the community and church, where he serves as an ordained elder and activity coordinator.

Bruce Beaty

Bruce Beaty has been a student of and an advocate for financial education his entire adult life. Since 1996 he has been sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues alike. His passion for learning and sharing has helped him create hundreds of holistic retirement plans, built to sustain common retirement risks. Retirement is one of the most important items we should all be planning for, but it can be complex. Bruce believes that with collaboration from his clients, that they can create simple solutions that meet their retirement goals. Bruce holds both a Bachelor's in Finance and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University. A lifelong student of the financial services industry, Bruce has earned designations from the American College of Financial Services, including Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), Chartered Senior Advisor (CSA), and Life and Annuity Certified Professional. He first obtained a life insurance license in April of 1996 and a securities license in 1997 while attending college and interning in a financial planning organization. When Bruce isn't helping Americans retire, he spends time with his wife, Rayna and their 11-year old daughter McKenzie. His two oldest are away at college. Bruce and his family spend a lot of time traveling and exploring new areas but finds his happiest times just being at home watching the view from his back patio.

My expertise includes managing 401k, 403b, TSAs, and Pension accounts, as well as guiding clients in equity and bond investments, annuities, and insurance solutions. As a dedicated retirement coach and people manager, I have received multiple awards for outstanding investment services and leadership in the industry. Outside of my professional life, I am happily married to my wife Rachael, and together we are proud parents to four wonderful children - Hannah, Lincoln, Rylie, and Grace.

Keri Sanders

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Keri attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and graduated a Commonwealth Scholar with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Liberal Arts. Her attention for detail and organization proved vital as Editor-in-Chief of the university newspaper and later in a software technical writing job. Keri's heart for people shined forth in her work helping individuals with developmental disabilities and their families direct personalized care services. However, Keri's true passion has been raising and homeschooling four children for the past 18+ years. She holds to the titles, Chief Logistics Coordinator and Opportunity Maker for her and Adam's children, who have excelled in many areas of life! Since 2015 Keri has helped lead the non-profit Excellence in Learning Community Co-op and has served on the board in the roles of Trustee, Secretary, Security Coordinator, and Facilities Coordinator while also coaching various athletic teams and teaching various classes for the co-op. Keri and Adam have been a team since 2002, enjoying wonderful years of marriage and raising a family together. Keri resides in Newark, Ohio and remains active serving her family, church, and community.

Originally from Bremen, Ohio, she has a remarkable career spanning over 14 years in Upper Management with a local business. Melissa was invited to join Rob and Amy at Superior Retirement Solutions in 2019, where she has made significant contributions over the past 5 years. In her capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Melissa oversees critical aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. Her multifaceted role includes: Strategic Marketing Leadership: Driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. Event and Meeting Coordination: Serving as a key coordinator for important meetings and events. Notary Public Services: Providing invaluable notary services to meet legal requirements. Scheduling Expertise: Managing schedules to optimize productivity and organizational effectiveness. Melissa resides in Lancaster with her husband John, celebrating over a decade of marriage. Nicole Richey

Nicole was born and raised in Fairfield County where she graduated in 2020 from Ohio Connections Academy with her focus on business development. She recently ended schooling from Cosmetology of Ohio State in August 2021. She is a very positive, outgoing, observant, and helpful individual around the office where she loves to learn new things and express new ideas. Nicole's creativity and imagination soars when working with like minded people. She knows how to have fun and enjoys working with others. Her hobbies and passions include: exploring the outdoors, playing the guitar, writing and singing songs, photography, drawing, and painting. A couple of her many accomplishments over the years is having her art design of an etch lion in the Lancaster Art Festival and another is teaching herself the guitar. She loves to serve her church and for a non-profit organization called Heartbeats, which focuses on women that either can't afford or can't take care of an unexpected child. She greatly enjoys quality time with her family and friends and enjoys meeting new people.

Robin has over 15 years of administrative experience and serves as the executive assistant to Barry Richey. She is the first impression of our office as she greets and welcomes clients. Her other duties include managing the day to day needs of the office as well as providing support in research, reports, and other client service duties. She has extensive knowledge in the financial arena and is passionate about serving our clients. On a personal front, Robin has been married since June of 1994 to her husband Chris and they have a daughter Courtney and son in law Collin. Robin and Chris take an active role of service in their family, church and community. They enjoy travel and quality time with family and friends.
