Vit co-founded Spectrum Systems in 1994. He is responsible for technology leadership in the areas of information security and communications.
Vit served as the Chief Technology Officer of a startup company Guardone.com that in 1999 - 2000 delivered one of the first web content analysis products on the market. He is regularly involved in advising startup companies in the area of IT Security and Compliance. He also performs due diligence analysis of startup companies on behalf of venture capital funds.

Yuri is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and leadership of Spectrum Systems, a technology solutions provider.
Yuri is one of the company founders in creating Spectrum Systems in 1994. He is responsible for technology leadership in areas of legacy applications renovation, and multilayered distributed systems architecture. He leads the design and development of ALTOS - Spectrum's unique, market-leading suite of tools for Unisys and IBM legacy applications modernization. He has a proven history of successful system deliveries.
Previously, Yuri assembled and led teams of professionals who have been instrumental in achieving success on such challenging projects at SWIFT, the financial industry's mission critical messaging infrastructure, and at SBC, large scale telecommunications provider. Yuri served as the Chief Technology officer of CommunicationsCom which is focused on early stage development and advancements in the internet for multi purpose data and voice communications.
Yuri holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Institute of Control Computers of Russian Academy of Sciences at Moscow (with thesis in the field of computer simulation) and a MS in Computer Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Cybernetics.
