Spectrum Pacific Products was incorporated in December, 2000 by David Bittner, B.Sc. and Hans Blindenbach to package Tree Fertilizers in biodegradable, paper "Tea Bags"... Our products have performed exceptionally well on a variety of different sites and with many different Tree Species (Cedar, Douglas Fir, Hemlock, Pine, Spruce etc.) throughout B.C. Alberta and the Pacific Northwest.
