Ajeet V Desai has joined Sukhena Technologies Pvt Limited as a Manager Design & Development from Jan 2020. He is an experienced automotive product design and development professional with more than 25.0 years of work experience. He has been successfully delivering Designs and has keen product development knowledge of different automotive subsystems and components beginning from RFI, RFQ stage to till SOP.
He has Worked with major global and domestic automotive OEMs and Tier-I companies like General Motors, Volkswagen, Skoda, Tata Motors, Ford, Hyundai, M&M, Magna Inc., Robert Bosch, Faurecia etc., Having an extensive leadership qualities, Project Management, Highly skilled in Planning & Monitoring engineering design & Development activities, Change Management, Customer Management, People Management.
He has a strong Engineering design, CAD, PDM/PLM competencies and has Global working exposure with diversified cultures. He has experience of working in Aerospace Industry in Design, R&D and manufacturing field for more than 5 years.
His keen area of interest are product design and development, has Sound knowledge of plastic andsheet metal parts design, manufacturing and assembly process. He has a Diploma in Mechanical engineering from Gadag, Karnataka.
Govind has been with Sukhena Technologies Pvt Limited since 2020 as a Head Business Development. He brings over 2 decades of experience in the areas of PDM/PLM, product design and engineering services. He started his career as a design engineer working on the LCA (Tejas) program at HAL and worked as a designer on CATIA at the beginning of his career. Later, worked in various private companies and mostly in engineering start ups like DSQ, Plexion (Later Mahindra), EniT and Cresttek, India.
He has gained wide operational experience across various cross functional domains of ISO, AS implementation, HR processes, Sales & Marketing and IT infra management for Engineering and skill development. He has worked abroad in UK, Germany and US on assignments related to Design and PDM / PLM programs.
He has keen passion for skill development and had been instrumental in Industry - Academia connect for Product & CAE skill development for young engineers. He has Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from DSCE Bangalore.
Rajesh has been with Sukhena Technologies Pvt Limited since 2011 as Founder-director and currently is its Vice-President -Engineering & NPD. During this period, he has been involved in engineering and pioneering new product development activities (Design, Development and Validation) at Sukhena, project management, building capability and implementation of quality systems and driving the operations of the company.
Has over two decades of global experience with OEM's like General Motors at India and US, National Aerospace Laboratories India & Mahindra-Plexion, India. Began his career as a CAE Engineer and he went on to build a highly successful Interior engineering teams at GMTCI as a Senior Technical Lead and has gained wide expertise and experience in engineering newer products and processes.
He has very keen interest in development of newer technologies, automation and has authorship in developing various simulation process and procedures. He has a Master's degree in Mechanical
Ramakanth has been with Sukhena Technologies Pvt Limited since Dec 2020, he is one of the Co-founder of Sukhena Technologies and currently is its Managing Director & CEO. He is responsible for overall operations of the company. He has close to 24.0 years of experience in automotive industry. He has wide range of experience in the areas of Production, Warranty, Design and development, Prototyping, Testing and setting up new industry for manufacturing.
He was working as Director-Engineering in Magna's vertical of chassis and BIW from 2010 to 2020 before to Sukhena. He was responsible for India and Thailand engineering operations. In his tenure at Magna, he supported global engineering regions like US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Apart from Magna, he has served OEMs like Mercedes Benz, General Motors, Mahindra Engineering, TATA Motors and Premier Auto Electric.
He has keen interest in vehicle design and development, Protobuild and engineering newer products both in agro and consumer sectors. He has completed his Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from the Coventry University UK.
Vinay Yoginath has joined Sukhena Technologies Pvt Limited as a Manager- CAE Simulations from Jan 2020. He is an experienced automotive product design and development professional with more than 9.0 years of work experience.
