Bobbye Sullivan, Project Executive for Structura's San Antonio office, has a record of 17 years of successful project delivery in the construction industry and is passionate about developing lasting relationships with key clients to drive repeat business. With a diverse mixture of commercial experience from her previously owned general contracting firm that focused on commercial interior finish-outs, Bobbye is well prepared to manage all factors of any project. She has been a part of every facet of the commercial interior-finish-out industry making her experience and extensive knowledge vital to the expertise of any team.
Chris is a dynamic and resourceful Superintendent with an outstanding record of achievement and proven skills including developing and maintaining excellent relations with owners, owner representatives, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. His proactive approach helps identify issues before they can become problems, saving time and money for our clients. Chris is responsible for every aspect of job site construction and works with the project manager to keep the project running smoothly assuring completion on schedule and within budget.

As General Superintendent of Interiors, Eric Cuellar, is responsible for onboarding new Superintendents. He serves as a mentor for Assistant Superintendents to aid them in advancement to Superintendent. He is a valuable resource for all Superintendents as needed. Eric has supervised and managed projects ranging from remodels, executive offices, boardroom finish-outs, restaurants, and medical/test lab facilities. He works closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with all building standards. His 26 years of experience in the commercial construction industry in the Austin market, has prepared him to foresee any possible project roadblocks and address them with the architect, engineer, and subcontractor before they develop. Eric's strong organizational and communication skills ensure smooth running projects that finish on time. Eric has an impeccable reputation and is well-respected in the industry.

Jake has over 20 years of construction, estimating, procurement and project management experience in hospitality, industrial, healthcare, high rises, airports, complex renovations and financial institutions. His extensive construction background enables him to identify a clients' needs and correlate them with the project budget. Jake's experience with large and small projects along with his unyielding commitment to project quality provides a unique perspective to the design and construction process.
Jerome gets the job done right. Having worked as a pipe-fitter, certified welder, and superintendent with over 23 years of experience in construction, Jerome has the hands-on experience to assess and accomplish the most challenging project goals. Jerome takes charge of a project in the preconstruction phase and doesn't let go until it's ready to be handed over to the client. His proactive approach helps identify issues before they become problems, saving time and money for our customers. He has an excellent reputation among local subcontractors for his leadership on the job site and intense focus on the details.
Karen Kachmar has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry including direct day-to day company operations, project management, customer relations, business strategy, asset allocation, personnel development and all financial controls.
As the leader of our finance organization; Karen is responsible for the company's organizational planning & development and maintaining all finance and accounting components including cash management, internal audit, financial reporting and taxation.

As Co-Founder, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Structura, Kevin Jones is responsible for all strategic aspects of the company's operations including resource planning, financial planning, client relations, marketing and business development initiatives, to ensure continuous growth.
Kevin has been at the helm of more than $2 billion worth of new construction and renovation projects in the data/call center, office building, retail, healthcare, industrial and biopharmaceutical sectors, as well as places of worship.
Kym works with Owners and Architects to provide preconstruction services including conceptual or preliminary estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering recommendations and scheduling. Kym's creativity and ability to conceptualize projects allows her to provide detailed and consistently accurate budget proposals and lump sum hard bids.
Rob gets the job done right. Having worked for over 30 years in the construction industry, Rob has the hands-on experience to assess and accomplish the most challenging project goals. He's led multiple high-profile schedule and quality-driven projects. Rusty Morgan is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Structura, where he is responsible for the vision and strategic direction, creating and maintaining the corporate culture, and overseeing decisions regarding the organization's capital expenditures.
Suzanne Johnson guides and manages Structura's Human Resources. She is the first person you get to know when you join Structura as she coordinates recruiting and new employee onboarding. She serves as an employee advocate for services, policies, benefits and resolves workplace issues. She is the compensation and benefits administrator and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
