State Contract Carpet Co. LLC (SCCC) was established in 2003 by George Hage in order to better service the flooring needs of the public and non-profit sectors on the state contract. George was first awarded placement on the New York State contract in 1978 and has worked to promote the benefits and advantages that the contract offers ever since. The state contract can be used for direct and discounted purchasing of flooring products by state agencies, schools, hospitals, churches and non-profit groups...
