Andrew Ferguson

Biography Andrew Ferguson joined Subin Associates in August 2022. As a member of one of our litigation teams, Andrew assists accident victims in their chances of success against negligent defendants of all kinds, whether against individuals, business entities or municipalities. He previously practiced in healthcare collection and reimbursement recovery at a law firm in Nassau County, representing skilled nursing. In this role, he gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from inception to post-judgment execution. Andrew is a first-generation American and a Brooklyn native. Biography Andrew Laskin began his career with the New York City Law Department, handling cases in Brooklyn Family Court. Since that time, he has worked for both plaintiff and defensive litigation firms, a background that serves him well in representing clients for Subin Associates. Arnie Baum - COO

Biography Arnie Baum is the Chief Operating Officer of Subin Associates, LLP. In that role, Arnie is responsible for all operational aspects of the firm, including case management and firm administration. Arnie is an attorney who was the general counsel of two public companies before becoming a small business entrepreneur. He created, acquired and built several manufacturing, distribution, marketing and consulting businesses (including a law firm marketing company) before becoming the chief operating officer of a leading legal software company in 2016. He joined Subin Associates in 2017 and has been an integral part of managing the firm's growth since his arrival.

Charles M. Hymowitz

Biography Charles Hymowitz, who joined Subin Associates in early 2021, brings over 20 years of personal injury litigation experience to the firm. He has worked for some of the top plaintiff's firms in New York and brings his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the courts and the litigation process to his cases. Although Charles will be involved in several different aspects of the firm's practice, his primary role will be as a member of the firm's burgeoning Construction Accident / Labor Law team. Denise A. Rubin

Biography Denise A. Rubin is an accomplished appellate and complex briefing litigator with a 33 year track record of success for her clients. Ms. Rubin gained broad experience litigating New York Labor Law (construction accident) matters when she served as the primary briefing attorney for plaintiffs' liaison counsel, representing more than 11,000 first responders and construction workers suffering toxic exposure injuries following the debris removal and clean up of the WTC site following the 9/11 terrorist attacks in lower Manhattan. In that capacity, she appeared frequently before the US District Court for the Southern District of New York in the In re: World Trade Center Disaster Site litigations and briefed and argued multiple appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in litigating the Ground Zero matters for more than ten years. The Ground Zero litigations were described by presiding District Court Judge Alvin Hellerstein as: "the most complex case in the history of American mass tort litigation." Biography Robert J. Eisen decided to pursue a law degree in part due to his family history: His grandfather had been forced to drop out of law school years before and Robert wanted to finish what he had started.
