Jeff is a Managing Director of Strategic Capital Advisors. Prior to co-founding Strategic Capital, Jeff had an extensive career at CIBC where he was a Managing Director responsible for the Corporate Finance and Subordinated Debt groups of the Commercial Bank. In this role Jeff has developed and maintained close ties witrh the executives and owners of many of Canada's most entreprenurial companies. Jeff has strong relationships with many of Canada's mid-market focused debt and equity providers.

Stephen is a Managing Director of Strategic Capital Advisors. Prior to founding Strategic Capital, Stephen had a 20 year career at CIBC and CIBC World Markets. At CIBC, Stephen was a Vice-President & Managing Director of World Markets, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with CEO's and CFO's of major Canadian corporations. During his tenure at CIBC, Stephen also successfully built a structured finance group for the bank, and was responsible for advising clients on debt structuring, hedging strategies, and strategic financial alternatives. Stephen is a Director of Amtelecom Income Fund and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Stephen holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario.
