Farhan holds a Bachelor and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia. Previously, he was attached with a Canadian public listed oil and gas company, Enerflex Ltd and later with Enscope Pty Ltd in Australia. He comes with wide exposure in project management involving electrical engineering and oil and gas projects. He also spearheaded the transformation and growth at Swis Resources upon assuming the role of Group CEO. He was instrumental in Swis Resources' efforts to penetrate international market by securing overseas projects in Vietnam and Laos. Through this endeavor, he had proven Swis Resources' capability to undertake not only local projects but equally successful in overseas projects. For the way forward, he had chartered a clear pathway for Swis Resoures to grow stronger locally and globally.

En Muhammad Fahmi holds a double bachelor's degree in Engineering and Commerce (Finance) from the University of Western Australia, and pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from University Technology MARA. He was previously engaged with an Australian company Sinclair Knight Merz (later Jacobs Engineering), before entering the Malaysian energy industries with experiences in electrical and oil & gas sectors. He is registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia, and has served with Engineers Without Borders to solve poverty alleviation through technology and education.

En Salim has over 25 years of experience in the civil and electrical sectors. Today, he is responsible for the implementation and completion of civil and electrical projects of Swis Resources.
