Bill Lawson

Bill Lawson began his career with Agway Energy Products in 1985 as a basic Oil/Propane Technician. During this time, he gained the title of Master Technician. During that period he also drove bobtails, set tanks, installed pump stations, installed vaporizers, and maintained all plant repairs. After his decade as Service Technician, Bill moved on to the Service Manager position at Agway. From 1995-2005, he ran the Service Department which consisted of HVAC repairs/installations and propane installations from basic cooking accounts to large commercial accounts. Eventually, Agway was bought out by Suburban and Bill became an Outside Salesman for RE Michel Company. Currently, Bill is here at Tarantin Industries as the Director of Inside Sales. Bob Breen

Bob comes to us with years of field and management experience. He has been a Territory Manager for 2 major distributors ensuring the company policies were maintained and providing additional training and mentoring as needed.

Bobby Fisher

Bobby Fisher has been in the LP Distribution Industry since 1983. He has a long association with the gas industry and its retailers/suppliers. Bobby's first job was to set up an LP Distribution Warehouse in North Carolina. His job duties included shipping and receiving. He was soon promoted to assistant manager and then to manager. He was manager of his warehouse for seven years after which he had the opportunity to take an outside sales rep job covering the Carolinas. He's also held the position of Education and Safety Chairman for the SCPGA. Bobby considers family to be of the utmost importance and has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 25 years. They have three sons and one granddaughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar. Areas of Expertise: Bulk Plants, Pump Stations.

Doug Rowan

Doug Rowan began his career in the LP Gas industry in 1995 working in an electric motor shop. There he learned to rewind electric motors and rebuild pumps. In 1997, he worked on the LP Gas pumps that would land him a Job with one of the major gas companies. Doug started out delivering cylinders and working on the equipment. Within a few months he was quickly moved into service where he turned out to be the lead service tech for several areas. Over the next several years, Doug strove to learn as much as possible about propane and the equipment that is associated with the LP Gas industry. In 2000, he was promoted to service manager for four areas covering North Alabama. In 2005, Doug started out with a small equipment company working as an inside salesman, and also providing technical training to various companies offering training in Corken, Blackmere, Trac-Pipe, and small engine conversions. In 2007, he was hired as the Safety Director for the South East and was responsible for getting all things in compliance from DOT files to Storage Plants. In 2008, Doug was asked to head to the Mid-Atlantic and build a regulator system for an LP Gas distribution system and then build a state of the art Bulk Plant. After that, he came back to the South where he was responsible for getting eighteen storage facilities up to the new 2011 compliance. During this time, he also managed five districts for that company. Doug Rowan came to Tarantin Industries in 2010 as an outside salesman where he is currently responsible for Tennessee and Georgia. Doug currently serves on the Board of Directors for the TNPGA as the Junior Supplier Director. Areas of Expertise: Propane Distribution Equipment, Troubleshooting. Factory Trained by RegO, Algas Vaporizer, Empire Comfort and Electro Fusion Equipment.

Frank Erickson

Frank's career in the propane industry started in 1993 working on the dock repairing, maintaining and filling propane cylinders and tanks. Shortly after, he moved into the propane delivery before becoming a service technician. During this time he installed tanks and HVAC equipment as well as providing service to propane, natural gas and oil appliances. While he was a service technician he passed the master technician class and was named NJPGA 2010 Technician of the year. He was working as an Operations Manager when the opportunity to work at Tarantin Industries became available. Areas of Expertise: Regulator and Line Sizing, Pump Stations, Tank Evacuation, Pool Heaters and Pressure and Leak Testing.

Kevin comes to us with 20 years of experience in the sales and customer service industry. He has held various positions in the sales manager field throughout his career, including inventory control as well as purchasing and receiving.

Mark Depadua

Mark Depadua started his propane career in 1995 as a service technician. He did installations on propane and oil equipment. From there he worked up to HVAC sales, sizing, and layout of HVAC equipment. He then progressed and became a Service Manager responsible for all the service and the sales. Mark joined Tarantin in 2005 as an outside salesman. He is well versed in all aspects of residential installations and pump stations. Areas of Expertise: Residential Installation - New Construction, Pump Stations - Repair & Building, Empire Heater & Hearth Products.

Marty Hammersley

Marty Hammersley comes to Tarantin Industries with 24 years of experience in the Propane Industry. He began his career in 1988 as a Service Technician with Agway Energy Products. Then in 1993, Marty left Agway to work as a Service Technician for Suburban Propane. After a short time, he was promoted to Service Manager and then again to Customer Service Center Manager. In 2006, Marty began working for Mirabito Fuel Group as a Branch Manager and then moved to the New York/Pennsylvania area to work as a Branch Manager for Holiday Gas. Marty is GasCheck Certified and has attended several training seminars for regulators, product certifications, and Flexible gas Piping Design and installation. He has also trained in Polyethylene Tubing, is CETEP trained, and is well versed in NFPA 54 and NFPA 58. Here at Tarantin Industries, Marty's job responsibilities include sales and customer service. Areas of Expertise: Residential Hearth & Heaters, Regulator Sizing, Gas Pipe Sizing, Appliance Installations.

Mike Arnold

Mike Arnold has been with Tarantin Industries since 1997. He started in the New Jersey warehouse before finding a place on the inside sales team. A few years later, he relocated in order to open and manage the Richmond, VA Branch. After a couple of years there, Mike moved back to the New Jersey area and is now living in Pennsylvania. Based out of our Elizabethtown, PA branch he is working in Operations as well as Inside Sales. During his 16 years with Tarantin Industries, he has attended factory training schools at RegO, Liquid Controls, Corken and Algas-SDI, as well as having multiple CETP certifications Areas of Expertise: Corken Pumps/Compressors, RegO Products, Noritz Water Heaters, Empire Comfort Systems, Pump Stations.

Mike Crispin

Mike started his career in 2001 working construction for a General Contractor. In 2009 he started in the Tarantin Alabama warehouse as a temp but impressed everyone so much that he was brought on full-time as the Warehouse Lead in 2010 and then made Warehouse Manager 2012. Mike started his position as a Tarantin Inside Sales Representative in 2021.

Pat Shay

Pat joined Tarantin in 1998 to serve the markets of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Western Maryland with his 32 years of experience. He has an extensive background in residential and bulk plant installations and repair. Pat built plants throughout the East Coast and moved to sales for the Mid-Atlantic region. Working for a bulk marketer, Pat was in charge of bulk installations and built their first central distribution system in Maryland which fed several hundred homes. His field experience helps to assist marketers in various aspects of plant building. Areas of Expertise: Bulk Plant Installations & Repairs, AutoGas Dispensing Systems.

Scott Heishman

Scott started his career in automotive sales in June 1982. Over the years he managed dealerships in Virginia, Alabama, and Maryland. In May 2009 he switched over to propane managing a customer service center for a leading propane supplier working in Tennessee, Florida, and Mississippi. By 2019 he moved into a General Manager position facilitating license applications for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal safety standards.

Steve Lewis

Steve Lewis comes with 25 years of Operations and Sales Management starting in the Propane Industry in 1988 as a Customer Service Center Manager for a propane marketer in Southern Vermont. During his time there he earned a Gallery of Excellence award and was a Presidents Club winner. In 2001 he became a Region Manager for a National Propane Marketer covering the Upper Midwest, where he directed the daily operations of 28 locations that distributed 16 million gallons of propane. They then selected him to run their New England region that consisted of over 30 branch and satellite locations that distributed 40 million gallons of propane. By October 2008 Steve was working for a propane marketer in Florida as the Division Area Manager directing a 13 branch territory and then on to another propane marketer in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2013 as the District General Manager where he directed the daily operations for 10 million gallon district covering all of Broward County. Steve holds a Florida 601 Master Qualifiers license. Areas of Expertise: AutoGas Dispensers, Noritz Tankless Water Heaters, Gas Piping, Dispensers / Pump Stations, Hearth Products, Residential / Commercial Installations, Motor Fuel.

Steve Watson

Steve Watson grew up in a family owned propane business that was started in 1969. After college, he went to work in the business in 1982. When you work in a family business you learn every aspect from the bottom up. You learn dedication to customers and how to go the extra mile to make sure your business is successful. Steve started out in propane by running yard lines and installing appliances. After that he went on to driving bobtails. Eventually he was in charge of starting new offices and erected 5 of the 11 locations in Tennessee and Alabama. He also oversaw the safety and education of all employees, DOT compliance, and the drug testing program. Areas of Expertise: Empire Comfort Systems, RegO, Broilmaster Grills.

Steve Welch

Steve Welch was born into the oil and LPG business. His grandfather started in this field in the early thirties. At a young age, Steve was carrying wrenches or dragging fuel hoses to help or maybe hinder his grandfather with his deliveries. He started working full time for his family's oil and LPG business shortly out of High School in the mid-seventies. He worked in all departments of his family's business from deliveries and service to billing and purchasing. In 1989, Steve moved inside to handle the day to day operations and shortly thereafter took over as President of the corporation. In 2001, his family sold the company to D.F Richard of Dover, NH. Steve joined the Tarantin Team in 2012 as inside sales. Areas of Expertise: Leisure Products and Residential Piping and Equipment.
