We are a conversational AI technology company that provides a platform to enable Long Tail retailing of digital content (e.g. music and video), commerce and informational (e.g. yellow pages) catalogs across various digital channels, namely, Mobile, Voice (IVR/ASR), Internet and emerging channels such as IPTV and gaming consoles. Our platform provides a novel, patent pending content discovery and recommendation methodology that makes the entire catalog discoverable on all the digital channels irrespective of the catalog size. We have developed new Artificial Intelligence algorithms that let the consumer interact with the catalog through an automatically generated Q&A interface that gives a very human touch to the entire process - these algorithms create a virtual personalized salesperson. The platform also provides an efficient way to manage the catalog metadata and a multi-channel advertisement server for effective target marketing.
