David Hayes - CEO, Founder, President
Mr. Hayes is an eMarketing and Technology Business Development specialist. He has over 18 years experience in sales and marketing management in international consumer and high technology corporations. Recently, he was Global Vice-President for Product Marketing at Corel Corporation, responsible for the global launch and highest profitability of many well-known technologies. He has also consulted with and founded several Start-Up companies. Mr. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree, an Advanced Degree in Graduate Management and an Executive MBA in Information Technology Management. His research and technology experience has been focused on assessing new technology. He has formed key technology strategies and maximized the market adoption of new technology. Mr. Hayes has an active family life and is well known and respected in the local technology community.
Mr. Bélanger has 30 years of experience related to the manufacturing industry. Following a successful career of 18 years with the federal government, Guy founded BGA in 1990. With (associated) offices in Ottawa, Toronto, Montréal, Halifax and Switzerland, BGA is a Mergers & Acquisitions specialists in aerospace, space, defence, automotive, telecommunications, IT, biotechnology, environmental, medical devices, advanced materials and similar manufacturing domains. Mr. Bélanger is married with two grown up children, and is an avid soccer player.

Mr. Casey is responsible for our network of brokers. John Casey comes Technology Brokers International with over 20 years experience in sales and marketing. Mr. Casey has gained extensive experience in the consumer package goods, food, pharmaceutical and product licensing industries. He has held senior marketing and sales management positions with Kraft Foods, Merck Frosst and Bristol-Myers. Most recently, he was Managing Director in a full service marketing communications agency working with domestic and international corporations. Mr. Casey holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a degree from McGill University's Management Program.

Mr. Wood's career of over 25 years encompasses many fields of engineering as well as management and business development at various levels and includes extensive experience as an entrepreneur and small business owner. Recently he held management positions in product development at JDS Uniphase. Previously Mr. Wood founded Arbre C. Eng., a successful product development company which designed and developed custom instrumentation and equipment for a wide range of fields including solar cell manufacturing, biomedical equipment for drug development, radar systems and hardware for remote sensing. The clients included a number of medium and small companies in Ottawa plus government departments, research groups and hospitals. He is well-connected in the Ottawa business and technology community and is known as an entrepreneur, innovator and mentor. Mr Wood has an extensive understanding of technology and products, plus considerable experience with small business development and management. He holds a B.A.Sc. in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Jolin has 20 years experience in the computer industry with a focus on the implementation and management of networks. He has extensive expertise in Microsoft, Novell, Lotus Notes and Banyan VINES networking environments. He has installed large-scale networks and managed mission critical systems in Europe for Alcatel (France), the City of Ottawa, and the Royal Canadian Mint.Mr. Jolin is well respected for his accomplishments in the Start-Up and Network architecture sector.
