T&D Tool Services is fully dedicated to the tungsten carbide and diamond industry. We specialize in carbide form tools, special ground inserts, and wear part applications. We have the capabilities of cutting and lapping diamond (PCD and CBN) inserts. Our in-house grinding facilities and EDM capabilities allow us to supply all of your carbide and diamond needs... We have a full line of carbide blanks, rods, and strips for fabrication of your special tools. We stock in-house carbide endmills, drills, and inserts for immediate shipment from our stock... We have a 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Dickson TN and have been in business since 1983. We have a complete manufacturing process which includes EDM machines both Wire and Sinker.
