CHERYL MESSIER

Cheryl has joined the Synthesis Team with over twenty years of experience in finance. She has held positions in the last 10 years as CFO or controller for several junior exploration and mining companies. Within her career she has been involved with mergers, acquisitions, consolidated system implementations, investment committees and has had all round involvement in maintaining and strengthening internal controls. She has extensive cash management experience having gained extensive experience working in the offshore sector and will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening system implementations over financial reporting within the group. In those twenty years between balancing budgets Cheryl has experienced many unforgettable sailing experiences here on the West Coast and Caribbean Islands, from unforgettable storms to shark biting fishing trips. Cheryl enjoys photography, the great outdoors and cooking.

Curtis D. Krahn

Curtis D. Krahn is the founding principal of Synthesis Design Inc. Prior to its' inception in 1992, Curtis studied and received his Masters Degree in Architecture at the University of Oregon, and has focused on residential design over the past 25 years. He loves designing homes and comes by his passion honestly. Having grown up on the North Shore, it is the familiarity and geographic diversity from Deep Cove to Horseshoe Bay that creates exciting challenges and opportunities with every new project.

JULIE LEPPER

Upon completion of a degree in Art History, Julie left for India and worked as a textile designer bringing collections of soft furnishings to homes throughout North America. Yearning for more experience in the art world, Julie began a career at a distinguished gallery in Vancouver, building art collections and curating exhibits of some of Canada's best known painters. Fast forward ten years, Julie began her career specializing in residential interior design. Julie has a personal desire to live a creative life, create thoughtful, livable spaces, and a deep desire to make clients' dream homes a reality. Julie's attention to design details and her appreciation for classic and contemporary elegance can be seen throughout her work. Julie's career has been built on learning and understanding her clients' needs for beautiful, yet functional homes. She is truly grateful for the time she gets to design homes that reflect the personalities of the people who live in them. Growing up in Vancouver she has facilitated her desire to live a true west coast lifestyle, spending time with her dog Finn, in the mountains and on the beach.
