TEP - Key Persons
Before joining TEP, Brad spent 10-years as an engineer working for design-build contractors in the South and North Bays. This experience, combined with 15-years of consulting experience, provide the expertise to lead designs that are effective, efficient, and appropriate.
Brad has experience designing commercial, winery, educational, healthcare and retail projects.
Dave began his ME career in 2008 and has worked in HVAC, plumbing, and wet-pipe fire protection system design. Industry experience extends through educational, winery, commercial office, kitchen, and health care facilities. He is experienced with many different HVAC systems including hydronic, VAV, VRF and thermal energy storage systems. He has a passion for travelling abroad and sampling the local cuisine.
Jake joined TEP in 2007 while working toward his BSME degree. He has extensive experience designing HVAC, radiant heating and plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects. He has designed numerous projects in 3D using Autodesk Revit and provides energy analysis and Title 24 compliance calculations.
While Jeff has over 20 years of engineering consulting experience, Jeff's background includes managing design-build projects for Simpson Sheet Metal, being a field technical consultant for Lennox, and HVAC equipment sales. Jeff has extensive knowledge in air distribution, HVAC equipment and control systems, piping/plumbing design, building codes, energy analysis and project budgeting.
Prior to founding TEP Engineering in 1998, Rob worked for Bechtel Engineering, IBM, and consulting engineering firms. Rob's expertise includes winery, healthcare and commercial building design. His interests include endurance athletics & backpacking.
Sarah has worked at TEP for over 18 years as an Office Manager, Assistant Bookkeeper and AutoCAD drafter. Sarah can be counted on to take on any task, and she helps keep everything in the office running smoothly.
Prior to joining TEP Engineering in 1999, Tim worked as a design-build contractor with Cal-Air/H&C Metal Products. Tim has extensive knowledge of air distribution, control systems, piping, building codes, energy conservation, and construction techniques. In his free time, Tim enjoys traveling in Europe, golfing and walking his two Labradors.
