Al Antelman

Al Antelman is a licensed architect in the state of California and a graduate of California State Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Mr. Antelman holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in architecture and has worked for 33 years as an architect and government official with the US Air Force and Navy. Prior to retiring in 2010, Mr. Antelman was the principal investigator for facilities management and sustainment issues at the Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center , Port Hueneme, California. He is known as "the father of Mission Dependency Indexing."

James B. Clayton

Jim Clayton is a Registered Professional Engineer, holds an MSEE from the University of Michigan, and has worked 44 years as a facilities engineer, plant operations manager, business executive, government official, and private consultant to public agencies and commercial owners. In 1984, following a distinguished career in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps, he joined Kaiser Engineers, Inc. as Operations Manager for the firm's Northern Virginia office. Later, he served as Vice President of two other engineering & management consultant firms, and subsequently founded UNITY, Inc. where he was President from 1996 - 2007.

John "Jack" Feola

Mr. Feola is a Registered Professional Engineer, holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and has completed postgraduate studies at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, Catholic University, George Washington University and American University. He has worked 40 years as a facilities engineer, business executive, government official, and private consultant to public agencies and commercial owners. Mr. Feola has extensive experience in facilities engineering and management, planning, project management, civil engineering design, environmental engineering design, housing design, construction, maintenance engineering, maintenance management and operations, utilities engineering, housing management, and real estate management.
