TESS

Our focus is rental property maintenance and management. We cover check in and check out inspections, handover of keys and rental agent support. In the event that there is damage or cleaning to be done, we are available at short notice... TESS works autonomously and/or under the direction of interior designers and architects, and undertakes interior and exterior construction, renovation and decorating contracts. We work with concrete, cement, timber, paint, and a range of other materials... We make good after plumbers, electricians and others have carried out major repairs. We reinstate plaster and paint, repair and replace cupboards, and finish off surfaces such as mosaic, tiles, carpets, laminate, and vinyl flooring.
