CONVERGIT GmbH launched the product TAPICall in 2003, since then sold many thousands of licenses and countless well-known customers won. Of course, there were already manufacturers of CTI software for Outlook. Our goal has always been to be better. Today, we are one of the market leaders and we are in many ways much better than the competition... Easiest integration: With TAPICall you use your existing TK-Infrastructure: Classic telephone system, any VoIP- solution, Android- smartphones, FRITZ!, IP Phones or ours IP SoftPhone... After AVM no longer offers a Tapi- interface for the FRITZ!Box, we can no longer use the previous Tapi- driver of an isdn- device due to the switch to Windows 11, but still need a Tapi- interface, we researched the web and found what we were looking for at CONVERGIT GmbH We then obtained CONVERGIT IP- telephones with Tapi- drivers adapted to the FRITZ!Box.
