Andrea Fernandez has lived in Fresno, California her entire life. She has 20+ years of office experience including customer services, medical records and health insurance. Andrea is the first contact with ERISA Law Center in answering phone calls and transferring those calls to the requested staff member. She organizes and archives paper and electronic documents; helps retrieve medical records for our clients for appeals; and assists all members of the ERISA Law Center staff in fulfilling their needs to help our clients. She enjoys the rewarding experience in knowing she played an important role in getting our clients the benefits they deserve. Andrea enjoys listening to music, traveling to the ocean, and spending time with family and pets.
Jill Fulkes is a paralegal and the firm administrator at ERISA Law Center. Her job duties include helping attorneys at the firm gather the information they need when handling administrative appeals. Working closely with the legal team at ERISA Law Center, Jill plays an active role in helping clients get answers to their questions about long-term disability claims, insurance companies and appeals.
Jill devotes her spare time to family, reading and her animals.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Leanne graduated from Kalani High School. She attended the University of Hawaii, Manoa where she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology. While in college, Leanne worked as a law clerk at a local firm in Hawaii. Upon graduating, she accepted a position as a social services assistant at a convalescent hospital in Fresno, California, where she dutifully worked until 1997.
Leanne's strong work ethic and acute attention to detail make her the perfect fit at ERISA Law Center. A quick learner, she is never willing to settle. In fact, her colleagues at ERISA Law Center have learned that she will not stop searching until an answer is found for the problem at hand.
Leanne has 2 children. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in the community.
Robert Rosati devotes a substantial portion of his law practice to clients seeking disability insurance benefits and life insurance benefits from their insurance companies.
